Just having some fresh milk in the fridge would have been thoughtful!

Great position in the central square in Perpignan old town. Although a bit of a climb to the top floor, we were rewarded with exceptional views of the city & surrounding landscape! The kitchen area was well equipped although fresh milk in the fridge would have been appreciated (particularly after the long climb to the room!). Very nicely decorated, fresh & clean with comfy sofas & bed. Perfect for our 4 night stay.

The accommodation is perfect but is missing the elevator, is difficult to carry the luggage up and also difficult to climb the stairs for people with mobility problems ; we booked the room but haven’t been told at what floor the room is.

Check In not available until 4pm which meant a lot of hanging around and nowhere to offload luggage. I feel this time should change to an earlier time.

Beautiful suite, very relaxing and comfortable, with the best bed. Ideal location to explore Perpignan.

Could just have been a little cleaner, hairs where still in the bath and bathroom when we arrived, and the stairs and upstairs where fairly dusty, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Really good value for money. Staff were so easily contacted and helped us when we got lost finding it. Once you get your bearings It’s easy to find. Spacious property, nice touches with tea/coffee facilities and welcome packs. Towels and bedding all really clean.

The staircase is scary at first sight. We had the feeling that it was about to crash since it was shaking when we stepped on the stairs. (Btw 7 floors without elevator.)

The apartment was super clean. We really loved the shower which is spacious and seems to be brand new. The beds are comfortables. The whole apartment seems to be freshly renovated (unlike the staircase:-))

Some things in the apartment need maintenance. Perpingnon was very disappointing.

It is s good apartment, set up in a nicely way, chsirs, desk, etc. Very good TV, coffee The location is good but the city (not the apartment) is extremely dirty.

Unfortunately didn’t sleep well it was too noisy outside the room on both nights and mornings with sweepers/loud voices/setting up the market.

The apartment is lovely and just as pictured. It is bright and airy, comfortable opening windows but also has AC. The location is perfect, near shopping and many restaurants. The host was very accommodating and check-in went smoothly. I definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Perpignan.

The rooms need to be cleaned to a higher standard and better / more sheets used. The mattress on the beds wasn't covered at all. There was a think mattress topper on top that did have a sheet on it, but that's not enough. A hotel bed should not have an exposed mattress! Also, there were air fresheners in both rooms that we stayed in but one room had a very distinct smell of stale beer. It might have been from previous guests but the source needs to be found because it's very unpleasant. We only stayed one night but wouldn't have stayed longer in that smell.

The location is perfect, on a main square and right by the restaurants bars and shops of the medieval town. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is a steep staircase to climb to access the rooms, but this is clearly communicated in advance so shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Smooth check in process, really easy to find abd get into the apartment. Spacious, nicely decorated and with a super comfortable king bed and effective air conditioning. Great location in the old town.

The bedroom which was a corridor to access other rooms was off putting, especially as I was travelling with my grown up family and to couples.
