Beautiful self-contained apartment, sparkling clean and comfortably furnished and in the ancient atmospheric centre of Vierzon. The hosts were friendly, kind and very generous with breakfast provisions.

Charming comfortable apartment overlooking a beautiful quiet square by the church. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts and given tips for visits around the area. There is lots to see for nice day trips. For Bake Off fans, it has one of “those” ovens! And the fresh bread and more every day was a real treat. Thank you!

Our Host, Michel, was perfect. Great first contact. We felt very welcomed. With little historical explainations from the places around. The accommodation was perfect, charming, clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was modern and well equiped. The fridge was even filled with all the necessary products for a weekend for two. Also breakfast was from the local backery waiting for us, before our door, every morning. The house's exteriors were all as charming as they could have been seen back in the 19th century. Which is a significant plus! Everything was just so perfect. We'll get back to it for sure!

the only improvement I would suggest was having a fan in the bedroom

everything- clean, spacious and very well equipped. excellent host made you feel very welcome and the fridge full of food and drink was an unexpected delight. having fresh bread and pastries delivered made breakfast exceptional. a lovely outside balcony space for eating a very pleasant bonus.

Nothing. There is no single thing to report as dislike.

I do not even know where to start to tell... We arrived quite late in the evening due to traffic. The owner greeted us with his friendly smile at the door. We could park our car in front of the house, in the square, with no issue. The owner, with full energy and kindness, showed us around. The apartment has a separate entrance from a beautiful, small garden. The internal design of this apartment and furniture are admirable! If you are also a bit into art, you will have a dream stay over. Beside all the antique design and furniture, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped. You will find everything, more than what you need. The landlord had even fresh bread for our arrival, by considering we would need some dinner. The fridge was filled with delicious options in addition to the fresh bakery products he nicely left in front of our door in the morning as breakfast. Next to all, you can enjoy fresh fruits which are esthetically served on a big plate, on the kitchen bench. Furthermore, the cleanliness of all the apartment is so perfect! We had one night stay, by hoping to be back once again... Extra note to explain how great people the owners of this property... In the morning our car failed to start up due to issues with battery. The owner called his neighbor to get cables. His neighbor, who was a very fun lady, drove to somewhere else and came back with the needed charging cables in half an hour. The rest was such a lovely team work, we did not even do much. The owners were super helpful and experienced to connect the batteries and start up our car! Thanks to their help, we could start up the engine and drive to closest car service. I cannot imagine how we would have dealt with such situation on a Saturday morning, in this holiday term while still have to drive back until Belgium. We appreciate very much to all nice memories and comfortable stay over in this place. We felt like home!

Very friendly owner met us on arrival. Very friendly, made us feel very welcome. Recommended a good local restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. Fridge was full of breakfast items including smoked salmon, eggs, juice, yogurt as well as a lovely bottle of wine and some beers. Fresh croissant and pain au chocolate delivered to our door early in the morning. Perfect!!

Michèle was an excellent host from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. His welcome was perfect with a quick tour of the property and he recommended a good restaurant nearby which was limited due to being a Monday night. The food and drinks on hand in the fridge are a terrific touch. Very continental and very welcome as was the fresh bread & pastries left on the door in the morning!!

There was no air conditioning and no fan, so very hot as temperatures were 35 degrees.

Michel could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was very good. On our arrival there was a bottle of wine, smoked salmon, ham, yogurts, milk, juice, fruit, coffee, tea and in the morning he came with fresh croissants and baguette. Who could ask for more. The whole apartment was great, one of the best we have stayed in.
