We found the towels still wet and there was insects in the garden

It was clean very near to tram station and easily accessible to Paris center, all the equipments was available , comfortable, quick area

- The flat was very dirty (dirty kitchenware, dirty floor, sewer smell in toalett) - the sofa for two in the living room is very uncomfortable (not good for four)

Suggestion - change the shower curtain.

Glad we stayed here because if we had stayed in Paris central we would have never known or visited La Defense (modern part of Paris) - we had a great visit. Apartment is about bout 13 minutes walk from La Defense (Grand Arch). We used the metro each day into Paris (very easy). And if you catch Line 1 you are paying the metro price. Any part of Paris is very accessible from La Defense it really is not far - very comparable to staying in other areas in Paris. Liked that the apartment had a well stocked kitchen (plates, pots, cutlery) so we could cook meals as needed. A nice small garden - we had breakfast on the garden chairs set each morning. Bathroom - good size and always hot water- nice! Very good wifi too

The host forgot to send us the details for picking up the keys which meant we had to ring him after trying to find the keys outside the apartment and looking for the code in the ad. It took a bit of time and added some stress. I think this was a one-off mixup and probably doesn't normally happen. Everything else was perfect.

Good location near to La Defense train/metro station (Best station for seeing main tourist sites) and shopping centre. Spacious apartment with cooking facilities and a patio. The blind was great at keeping sunlight out which meant we slept really well. Hot water in shower.

very bad cleaning, not wiped, we always had dirty socks. Furniture falling apart, lots of things were broken. Stink from the toilet. Poorly equipped kitchen

Owner is a con man! He advertises parking but doesn't have one! I asked how tall it is to see if my car would fit and he didn't know (There is a huuuge painting on the building parking entrance saying it's 2m high). He told me via a photo with text saying there is no parking available "unfortunately", 24h before my booking started! So, I had already lost my free cancellation. The reason I booked this was because of location and the parking! So, the apartment was an absolute filth! All the furniture were like picked up from the street. Broken to pieces and with major stains. Electrics falling apart. Bath tub was blocked. There was only one bed sheet (there were 4 of us) without any mattress protectors or anything else. Bed mattress and pilows were stinky to the point of making us sick. The absolute worst of all though, was the toilet. It has a leak that brings sewage water on the toilet floor. They tried to cover it up with lots of bleach poored in the toilet before our arrival, but, after a couple of flushes, the smell was just unbearable! Victor is obviously in the con business as he takes the non-refundable money, then lets the free cancellation expire, then tells you that you are not getting what you paid for! To top it all up, contacting booking.com customer support basically did nothing as they offered me 10% refund, even though I described and provided proof of everything. I only stayed a few hours the first night as we arrived after midnight and I didn't have anywhere else to take my kids at that point! I took my family for a 3 days to Paris and we had our trip ruined by Victor and Booking.

It is in my prefered location because I was visiting my brother who lives close by. That was all that I liked!

The fact that free parking was advertised and the day before we arrived the owner let us know that the underground parking was "under construction". We asked various residents driving out of the parking space if it was under construction and it was very clear that it was NOT under construction. We had to pay approximately 70 Euros for parking as it is 4euro per hour up untill 9pm at night. We specifically wanted to stay here for our 3 day trip to Paris as it was advertised with a free parking space. The owner seemed to not care about the parking "being under construction" and did not try to assist or accommodate us finding alternatives to what was advertised as the host was traveling... If we knew earlier about the "construction" we wouldn't have stayed there. If the construction was really happening we would be more understanding.

It is perfect for 4 people and it is close to a train station.

The location is perfect. Close to a large shopping center.Metro station .Supermarkets and everything you need Inside the apartment there is everything, boats, forks, glasses, plates, pots.Very clean.The owner is very nice.There are batteries for heating.You can set a comfortable temperature.I am delighted after 20 visited countries THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST !!!

Apartment is in a safe complex and location is great, 10 minute walk to the train station.
