I had indicated that I am staying for business reasons, yet I was not informed that the wifi is not working (apparently since one week prior to my arrival) and it did not get fixed during my one-week stay. This was a huge downfall and greatly hindered me in my work. Even though it might not have been the hotel's responsiblity, there was no apology at all and no compensation was offered. I was also not informed in advance to give me the chance to change my booking. Also, the kitchen at my room only offered the very very basics and had neither a cutting board or knife nor a cereal bowl.

For one person, the room was spacious enough, had a nice queensize bed and was very clean. The hotel is located close to a nice park but also to the tram station, supermarkets and restaurants. The breakfast offered is good but a little limited on the savoury side.

There was no wifi or TV signal ( 2 channels worked ). Apparently it was due to a storm which happened on Monday ( unclear which Monday as I checked in on Tuesday and there was no storm the day before ). I don't watch TV much and had mobile internet so it didn't really affect my stay.

The room was comfortable and had all the needed facilities. There was a heatwave in Bordeaux during my stay so it was fantastic to have an AC in the room. Large terrace with plenty of seating. A young man who checked me in was nice and helpful ( didn't get his name ). Location is nice and quiet, there's a park and a supermarket nearby. Good half hour walk to the city center or a tram station 2mins away.

The only issue to solve would be a bad smell in the room, maybe from pipes from toilet.

Service of the reception ladied was great and I would really appreciate this because we could solve any problem we faced. Good location for us, essy to get to tram, restaurants…

My only issue with the hotel was the towels as these could have been cleaner.

My room was absolutely massive and very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The location was perfect for my trip. The hotel is very close to a tram stop and the city centre is just 20 mins by tram (these are quite frequent). I'm very happy I chose to stay in this part of the city as it was very quiet.

It was difficult to use the kitchenette as no washing-up liquid and sponge is provided. If one wants to use the dishes or cups, one has to buy these extra, which is a shame when you are travelling.

Clean, spacious, included a kitchenette, good breakfast, calm area in proximity to a botanical park and to the science university of Bordeaux, trams and buses to the center of Bordeaux are available in the very near proximity.

The shower pressure was quite low - it could have been a bit stronger.

Very comfortable room, beautifully decorated and nicely laid out. I really appreciated the added touch of a Rituals diffuser, the room smelt gorgeous. Lovely spacious balcony with table and chairs. Very clean, comfy bed.

The hotel is located 5 min from the tram stop that goes directly to the city center and takes cca 10 min, so very convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful and assisted us in any request (you can ask for advice for a free parking lot). The room was being cleaned every day, and you could find all necessary accessories and kitchen appliances on need. In general we were very satisfied and would come back.

Perhaps a few more items were needed in the kitchen area E.g. no cereal bowls.

Great location to visit relatives in Talence. Room was large with comfortable twin beds, warm and quiet despite being on the main road. Staff very friendly.

I was there to attend an event in university of Bordeaux and hotel was super close to university ( 5 min walk). bed was comfy too and room had good facilities.

The TV reception seemed to be faulty but otherwise it was excellent.
