The bathroom in the rooms that we had ( comfort room)were very small ( might be difficult for someone with mobility issues or a larger person). The mattress was also a little bit firmer than I am used to but overall the room was good value for money.

The member of staff that we saw at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful. None of us can speak French very well but that wasn't a problem as the receptionist spoke very good English. All our requests were sorted out and we were given rooms next to each other and one had a view ( albeit far away) of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was also just a few minutes walk from Bois Colombes train station (10 mins journey to Paris St Lazare). Lovely bakery and supermarket close to the hotel as well.

Room was opposite the lift and was therefore noisier than usual.

The breakfast

Loved the location, the room, and the staff were lovely. I requested for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and i got it so i was very happy. The only comment i would say is the breakfast wasn't the best, but other than that the place was great.

A little far from paris city center and attractions but there’s a very close suburban rail line nearby (1-3min walk from hotel). It’s easy to get around via metro but will take you a min. 30mins and a lot of walking/switching train lines to go from the hotel to the paris city neighborhood.

Room is spacious enough for solo travelers. Sheets are very comfy. Room was cleaned and made up everyday. Quiet neighborhood. Had a relaxing view from outside my room. Cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and even pharmacies are nearby. Accommodating staff and hassle-free checkout.

Single beds were a teenie bit narrow but still very comfy.

Everything was lovely. Staff, location (great bakery 2 mins walk), quiet and room was good size and well maintained. Overall very nice atmosphere too

Coffee supply was limited in the room, and not topped up.

Modern hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Good sized room and bathroom. Staff were excellent. Close to the train.

Pretty good place to stay if you are visiting Paris. There's a train station pretty close to the hotel. The person on the reception was really friendly, he allowed us to check-in a bit earlier, so we are very grateful for that. The room pretty small but for me it wasn't an issue at all. Everything was clean and tidy. I think I'll stay here again next time I'll be visiting Paris.

Room and bathroom very small. Elevator didn’t worked. You need to take stairs to 4’th floor every time. Too expensive for that area (it’s outside of Paris)

Room was really clean. Safe area. It’s outside of Paris but you can reach the centre in 30 mins with train/metro

-I didn't like the shower. -Water was leaking its way very quickly into the whole bathroom and eventually spreading into the room.

-The hospitality and good coffee. -The clean rooms. -Staff was very pleasant and helpful. -The area was very quiet and safe to park. -Very close to public transport. -A lot of good shops nearby for everything you need.

It's a personal preference but the pillows were too soft for us and me and my partner prefer totally different pillows. But neither of us could use them. It would have been nice to have a fridge or a bigger selection of teas.

It was what we expected. Nice location, even though it's in a suburban area. Clean. We even had a nice view. A decent place to stay.

They do not provide lock for the locker WiFi signal can't reach my room properly (need to add more routers to cover all corner of the hotel with stable WiFi signal)

Receptionist wasn't nice at all. Not rude, but I felt like I'm bothering him.

It was a good stay. The property is very close to a train station, a lot of places to eat nearby. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was good(not excellent, but not bad).

The room needs a mini bar so you can cool water or keep small items to eat ..also needs a safe and a small wardrobe to keep your stuff in .

The staff were nice .. room was clean ..location is very close to the train station and many stores around to buy food .
