We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room is kinda small with little space. But it is good enough for one night's stay.
The breakfast is very nice with freshly baked pastries. Becaused it is included with booking so it's good value for money. The staff are really friendly and the luggage storage service is very convenient. The location is very good, just a few steps away from the train station.

Easy walk to the centre of Roanne. Lovely helpful staff. Good breakfast included in the price of the room. Good air conditioning. Good shower. Good double glazing so didn’t hear any noise from the street or the trains. Car park on site.
