A little far from the city center and the area didn't feel safe.

The main elevator was out of order so you had to use an older one, not suitable for claustrophobic people. The rooms were as small as expected. The main issue was the fact that almost everything was dirty. There were some hairs from previous guests in the bathroom and floor. The curtains (which had some holes) and even the lamps were strained with what so ever. Overall the hotel was very noisy, you could hear the elevator and of course the neighbors. A huge minus is also the fact that there was no hot water to take a shower (which had stains of mould in its corners), even after letting it run for 20 minutes.

Close to the center and the central train station. No need to use any means of transportation.

Pretty basic room and if booking.com hadn't been compensating us the difference from the original booking we had would've felt it was bad value for money. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable and a pretty small room.

This hotel saved us after the apartment we had booked cancelled on us the day of the booking. Very close to Saint-Charles station and plenty of takeaway restaurants nearby as well as a mini Carrefour. Staff were really pleasant!

I like the location - the famous escalier de la Gare St. Charles is across the street and on the top of the hill the railway station with efficient buses to/from the airport. It is probably the only hotel in Marseille which doesn´t take money in advance from the customers. It was my third time stay this year here and I got better room for the same price which I appreciated a lot.

I would not recommend the breakfast at all. Although there was a range, the food was not fresh and was not particularly nice. Venture out to a cafe!

The hotel was simple but clean and everything worked. I would recommend this to anyone for convenience and 24hr check in. Everything with check in and check out was smooth.

The room smelled funny, but as we opened the window it was okay. Moreover, it could use some renovation. Also the breakfast was poorly stocked.

It was perfect for an overnight stay in Marseille. It is right next to the main train station, but it was not disturbing at all. The room met our expectations, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower properly functional. There was also a balcony, from which the stairs to the main station were seen. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were also able to store our luggage in the hotel through out the day.
