The room was very small. Breakfast was generally good, but scrambled eggs had obviously been cooked for a long time.

I understood that the hotel was situated in St.Gervais-les-bains, but in fact it is in Le Fayet, a 10 minute drive from St.Gervais...

The bed was really not comfortable, though I admit being quite picky.

The walls were rather thin. Since it was out of season, there weren't many guests, so I don't get why they had to give us rooms next to each other. The spa was closed. I would have appreciated a note about it on Booking.com. The breakfast was disappointing and not worth the 10 Euros.

The room was warm and comfortable. I enjoyed the bathtub.

Really small room (and I was in one of their bigger rooms). Bad smell in corridor. Noisy street traffic, even on third floor. No kettle for coffee/tea in room, and no such service until 7:15 (the main reason I prefer apartments over hotels in Europe). Poor value at €175 per night. Only stayed here one night to ensure I made my train the next morning and was happy to leave.

WiFi worked well. Spacious lobby and sitting area. Reasonably friendly, helpful staff.

1. My room is pretty small, barely enough to stretch my legs. 2. Not impressive value for money during high seasons. 3. Location near the train station, good for anyone traveling with trains or private cars. However, getting to the town centre of Saint Gervais Les Bains from the hotel is difficult if you don't have a car (public transport sometimes one bus per hour).

Close to station, overall good value for money, same goes for breakfast (though only sweet), rather friendly staff, rather responsive when having particular demands (late arrival in my case)

Location was excellent. Comfortable room and hotel looks great from the outside. However, breakfast was terrible. I’m not sure how it is possible to achieve with eggs what was presented in the buffet. Completely inedible and charged an extra €15 per head for the experience

If you are a light sleeper, you won’t like the mountain river and the power station on it right beside the hotel. Very thankful to Mademoiselle who changed the room a bit further away from the noise.

The bathroom was a bit old.

The stuff was very friendly and ready to help. I felt at ease knowing that there was a 24/7 open reception. The room was very clean and with good windows that would render it very quiet. The beds were super comfy. The common areas were very nice and welcoming. It was conveniently situated near the train station. In order to walk to saint-germain city center there was a beautiful walk through a park. There was coffee, pizza and lunch options around.
