We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is excellent. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It is perfect for a relaxing time.

Belgiumthe wifi was very unreliable, the hotel was not super well maintained, chipped paint, stained carpets, and broken doors, the sauna was lukewarm, the massage rooms were tiny and sterile and lacked any kind of ambiance or style, the restaurant staff were nice but it was very expensive for what is was.
the staff were attentive and professional, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked super well, the outdoor pool was excellent.

SwitzerlandToo many doors to get through the corridors. Guests were sometimes slapping these doors walking through the corridors in the middle of the night. I booked the hotel shuttle, the driver was waiting at the back entry of the train station without notice. I had to walk around the station, look for him and call the hotel to find him. A note from the hotel via email or call would have been helpful.
The staff was able to help with many requests, an overall great service. Lovely terrace, great breakfast!

Swimming pool, sauna, free classes of aqua gym and yoga, very good location just in front of the beach and close to city centre, spacious room with terrace.

CanadaThe property is really overpriced given its overall appearance. It’s an aging property from the late 1960-1970’s( I suspect) . old stucco, brown paint makes the property dark and dingy. The lobby and area have a old sea smell. The pool is ok but nothing special. The staff were indifferent to the fact that there was no internet service for the week we were there. The room wasn’t cleaned very well either.
The locale was excellent. The terrace was lovely. The room comes with a little balcony which is nice.
