Warm water didn't came on the second day morning.

Was clean, neat and had a curtain on each bed. Lighting on each bed was great as well as the brightness was adjustable.

As others have noted - the noise can be pretty bad with people coming and going at all times. The curtains were really noisy to drawer.

The People is very well set up with comfortable rooms and facilities. I do prefer the pods with the curtains - gives a bit of privacy. Staff were really pleasant and helpful.

First of all the hostel has no locker in the bedrooms (first time that I saw that so you can pay 7€ each 24h to leave in their storage), the cleaning of the floor of the rooms should be better, I also missed a basket in the room (there was only a small one in the bathroom)

Bathroom with a good size (what’s make the shower time more comfy) nice beds and good staff.

There’s no cage or lockers in the rooms to put your backpack, only small lockers but you can’t lock them.

The hostel is one of the cleanest that I’ve been! It’s nice and comfortable. The location is great!

The rooms didn’t have a locked space to leave your belongings, so if you had some valuable items, the only option is to lock them near the reception in a room. You have to pay a fee for this (3 euros per 6 hours or 5 euros per 24 hours)

I liked the property a lot, it was very clean. The reception is always opened and the breakfast is really diverse and tasty. I would recommend because of the friendly atmosphere and safe environment for girls.

The bathroom was not ensuite, though there was a basin with a mirror inside the room to wash your hands or wear makeup.

It was a little bit loud at night. Also, I would have loved a shared kitchen to make my own food.

The location is perfect and the rooms are nice. I liked that there are some shelves next to the bed and the curtain, so you have more privacy.

Walls are paper-thin. Beds aren't that comfortable and not enough toilets/showers for the number of people staying. No lockers in the rooms, but paid downstairs.

Great location, friendly staff and very nice breakfast for an affordable price. Nice and modern building with a spacious bar. Curtains, light and power outlets in beds.

Please offer more toilet paper in toilet, it is very important for someone who go to toilet in night.

The location is good, you can walk to the bus and tram station very conveniently. The bar in 0 floor is very busy and you can find many friends in here.

There are no lockers for your stuff in the rooms, if you want to secure your belongings you have to pay. The bathrooms are not cleaned regularly. The staff could be friendlier, maybe even try to say hello every now and then…

Big room for each bed with good lighting and shelf to put phones and other small things next to the bed. The location is close to the Flixbus station. Staffs are professional and friendly.

Bed was made of two smaller beds that kept sliding away from each other and the mattress was a bit hard but in the end it’s a really good room!

Outside of property was being dug up and I nearly missed it as entrance was hidden by polythene and tractors but guessing that was not the fault of the premises But we’ll worth a stop over

Only half an hour walk from station I had heavy backpack but was an easy walk through a lovely city Place was very vibrant, people of all ages and cultures mixing together to create great atmosphere Breakfast plenty choice, quiche was nice change as solo backpacking through Switzerland i was having to eat a lot of pastries and I don’t generally eat carbs Shared dorms had little pull across blackout curtains which allowed people to keep on their lights without bothering anyone else in dorms, two pin charger ports in above each bunk and shelving for your bits Small problem as floor outside toilet was covered in plastic and I think it was covering a leak but this was a little thing Safe storage lockers but was 7 euro for night but this was backpack sized locker One of staff bugged me a bit,I picked up a tray which I thought was using and a staff member pulled a face as it was for clearing and I thought it would have been nicer if they had just explained instead of snatching remaining tray and pulling face but again a little thing Few minutes walk to lovely part of city with bistros bars and outside tables As a mature female solo traveller I felt very safe and had a great nights sleep before moving on to my travels I would recommend this place,funky and indie and all ages welcome

Reception was closed (for a total of 30 minutes) when I arrived at the very normal, even obvious, time of around 18:45 to check in. After a long day, I had to wait alone about ten minutes — with no subsequent explanation or apology. There had been no indication in the instructions I had received that the reception would ever be closed. When I then finally checked in, I was told — with no sense of irony — that the reception was open 24 hrs . . .
