The room was quiet until people started using the lift around breakfast time, then I kept hearing the ping, so my advice is ask for a room far from the lift lobby !

The lighting wasn't great but manageable

Modern design and the location was about a 15-20 minute walk to the capitol Square but plenty to see along the way and also very close to the airport shuttle stop.

The bedding was a little bit tired. I found it really hard to get enough light in the room. Lots of light switches and lamps, but all very dim

Big sized rooms. really friendly staff. Food in the bar area in the lobby was amazing. Short walk into the centre of Toulouse and only 5 minutes from a metro station. It is also very handy to get to and from the airport

A bit dusty surfaces, but the bed and the toilet are clean.

I was afraid it is not quiet enough, but I didn't hear the neighbour rooms and all were calm. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is fine, good for a quick stay.

The need to activate the elevator with a key for going down especially, did not make sense. If one has to use the key to go up, obviously only an authorised person would be coming down. The hangers were fixed onto the bar. This makes it little inconvenient to hang the clothes. Overall somewhat pricey for the facilities in the room.

The property is very well located relative to the Pierre Baudis Convention Centre where I had to attend a Conference. Breakfast was sumptuous with good number of vegetarian varieties though one will appreciate a change among the cooked (hot) preparations in the breakfast. However for a few nights stay it was okay. The place had a lively ambience with different activities ongoing, despite the serene peaceful envronment. The proximity to the Japanese garden was also enjoyable.

It was a little far from the town. I was also disappointed that the pool was closed.

It took me some time to understand how the light works in the room and it was pretty dark at the beginning. AC can change only by 2degrees.

While the hotel has a 'student' vibe, it is more than capable of catering to all demographics. The facilities were great and included a well stocked bar/restauraunt, gym, pool and cinema room, plus the place was absolutely spotless. Check in was also super easy even at 02:30.

It takes a while to get accustomed to the "touch" light switches. We got to the room after dark, and it was hard, without light, to understand how the lighting system worked (lights did not turn on at first). We didn't specially like to have to use the door key everywhere (in the elevator, etc.). It would've been nice to find hand or body lotion in the room. And the climate control was locked: we found the room a bit too warm and couldn't change the setting. Also, it would be wise to advertise that a pay-parking is available nearby (pl. de l'Europe).

Very new building, modern, nice & quiet. I liked the included coffee & tea. Breakfast was excellent. Not far from the center.
