Noise in first room and automatic light then second room I dont believe was a superior room which is what we had paid for, damp smell from air con leaking onto carpet in room

After first night where room auto light kept turning on and then was incredibly noisy as next to breakfast room we where moved

The extremly thin walls; you could hear people moving and talking in other rooms. I paid a price bigger than 200 neuro a might and was expecting something better for that money, we'll knowing that I booked 4-5 months in advance (before my arrival).

Very friendly staff. The location was also excellent, surrounded by a lot of different small quality shops and the metro station.

The room was not as expected, it was too small, the bathroom also so tiny, also the elevator was too small. The bed was really uncomfortable.

The room we had the bathroom was far to small, you could hardly turn around in. The TV was all french channels. It was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff,all they did was emptied the bins and gave us new towel every day, never got bed sheet changed.

Breakfast,was simple,continental , staff were good and friendly. Location was good, not far from the tower. Overall,we got what we paid for, a simple budget hotel.

I slept on the converted sofa bed, it was not very stable and I’m quite small, kept almost folding back on me when I tried to sit on it. The sheets and folding mattress were poor quality, very hot at night and the leather parts were very worn. We stayed in the junior suite, as the sofa bed needs to be changed.

Excellent location, lovely modern bathroom with great shower. The staff were so friendly! The room had the most incredible view of the Eiffel Tower! I was travelling with a young girl and she was so excited to see the Eiffel Tower from the room! For a city break it was the perfect location

Location is great if you dont prefer to live in the middle of touristic flow) Quite area close to Tour d' Eiffel. Romm is regular for French hotel, bathroom might be better but quite ok

Bathroom looked great but sink and bath did not drain well and when it snowed outside, there was little to no hot water to shower.

The bed was comfortable but the fold out bed my son slept on was not very comfy. We were both toasty warm, despite it being freezing outside. The little additions like a coffee machine were great. Two balconies were divine. Two televisions worked for us too.

the room I chose, which was called a superior room, was next to the reception, very noisy, there was no way to rest. So I asked to change rooms, the other one was much smaller but there was no noise.

Toilet and is to close to the Toilet paper holder- it hits you. Rugs are important, room seemed clean but the rug was dirty. Also seems every time I have stayed the computer did not work, I forget my phone is USA and would have loved to use the computer at the Hotel. When I stay at IBIS they have a computer to use.

I have stayed at this Tim Hotel for over 10 years, The price has gone up and there are some updates, but not enough to justify the cost increase. Breakfast was OK but $15 Euro is too much for bread and coffee. 10E seems more in line. Also the location and staff are good, but the elevator has the same dirty rug from 10 years ago. It would be an easy update, since you can not change the size it should be a nice as possible.

The lift was so small, a little bit claustrophobic, and the pictures showed a new hotel, it was kind a "fake" images, because the Hotel was a little bit old. But it's fine, the room was good anyway, just expensive for a old hotel. The hairdryer was broken, but they provide us a new one, but I had to leave a deposit for take the hairdryer.

The location is perfect, when we leave the hotel is possible to see the Eiffel tour, and is just 14 min by walking. Is amazing! The staffs were great, very sympathy and friendly. The room was very clean.

The hotel was around 1.2 km walking distance from eiffel tower. The location was good. Bed was very comfortable only problem room was very small and furniture was very old. Reception staff was kind but housekeeping lady not too much friendly. In general for sleeping purpose it was ok.

The AC kept dripping, and I had to use the trashcan to collect the water. The price is too high small elevator. The bed is too hard.

Location not safe. We knew room was small from other reviews but we had bad surprise one night. Our shower suddenly all dirty drainage came up in our shower. Every time we switched on tap in wash basin, more stuff came out in shower. We contacted reception, he looked at and said couldn't fix, no tools. We asked for another room, he said no. But would allow us to use shower in another room next morning. Was horrible to see and bad smell, bubbling water. For amount they charged, they at least should have moved us to another room, or refund.

The rooms are very small, the corridors are very noisy, the floors, doors, and bed creak. When we first entered the room, it was very cold from the air conditioner, we could not warm it up for a couple of hours. One milk for coffee was opened. It was not very clean, many stains or dust.
