The Cozy Room was surprisingly big! I was received with some yummy complimentary gifts when arrived in the room. All the staff was very nice. Especially Christiano who was very welcoming, professional and funny. He definitely made my arrival and stay much more pleasant. I will definitely stay here again.

The shower was "tight", the televisions need updating to Smart TV so non french speaking visitors can "cast" Netflix or such like. No milk in room fridge.

Location, the staff were lovely, the bed was comfortable, little touches like the welcome treats, and Clarins products in bathroom.

Location was Great! Close to Several Attractions. Walking Distance to Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon, Notre Dame . A Few minutes ride to The Louvre Museum, Tuileries Garden, Musee de Orsay, Palais Royal.. About 20- 25mins metro ride to the Eiffel Tower, arc de triomphe, champs de elysees… Lots of Restaurants. 10mins walk to the train station, 3 mins walk to the metro. Rooms were clean.Comfortable bed, clean pillows and beddings. Heated Towel rack! toilet and bath were modern. staff were helpful and very pleasant. I was told there was free tea and cake @ 3pm. No Free breakfast but could avail of it( Heard it was good)

The room was very small but that’s what I booked I should have paid closer attention to the square footage. The elevator was broken but the service elevator was available so that helped even though is was very tiny. My husband laughed about how tight it was but it was our anniversary week so at least we didn’t mind being squeezed together lol.

Great staff, great breakfast close to stores, bars and restaurants. The historic area was beautiful.

I would give this property a 10 except for two things. The room was not serviced properly for two nights: the bed was left unmade and one night the towels were in the same place I left them. Also, the breakfast tables were not properly bussed leaving little option for a clean table with napkins and place settings. I am not a stickler for having fresh sheets and towels every day, but having the room fluffed up while I’m out for the day is a nice thing. And clean breakfast tables should be the norm.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close it was too big for the frame. The one night we didn’t have hot water but it came back the next day. You can hear your neighbors quite easily, but it’s an old building not much you can do about it. The robes were so stiff, maybe needs replacing or fabric softener.

Perfect location that was central to everything, clean and comfortable, friendly staff. View from the room was incredible. I would highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights and were given a room on the fourth floor with a view of the street which was great. However, there was work going on in a room very close to ours resulting in us suffering loud drilling and banging. When we enquired about it they arranged for the work to start later, at 10am. We did appreciate that but it went on until late in the afternoon, so no peaceful rest after a long day out and about! The bathroom was very cramped.

The hotel was very elegant and in an excellent location. We didn't have breakfast.

Perfect location, right next to the Latin quarter, Luxembourg gardens and easy accessible metro station (Odeon). The area near the metro is a great vibe - wine bars, restaurants and little shops. Perfect spot! Very friendly staff and lovely room!

The breakfast to your room was poor. It was 12€ pp and it said fresh fruit when really we got a brown apple and a kiwi with nothing to cut it up even but a butter knife. It would have been perfect if a little fruit bowl was provided already cut up and fresh.

The location was fantastic and the view of the Eiffel Tower was extra special. The staff were helpful, the bed was comfy and the area of the hotel was amazing.
