The air conditioning was disabled due to the season we visited in which was April. We found the room too hot to comfortably sleep.

The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond.

It was just an overnight pit stop for us but this hotel was very clean, smelled nice, lovely room and bathroom, great facilities and the best thing was that it had a smart tv so we were able to stream our media services. When you’re in a country where the English language is not the predominant language so you’re constantly having communication difficulties day to day it’s nice to go back to your room and just watch something that you’re used to watching and in English. It’s a small detail but very much appreciated.

Small gym, pricey breakfast. The restaurant was exceptionally shut the evening I arrived and I needed to eat dinner so that was disappointing.

I got a basement room with no view. It did not bother me much, as I was there just to sleep.

A brand-new, modern, fashionable and functional hotel. It's a new chain by Accor, and it reminded me of the Moxy chain of Marriott, but I feel TRIBE is a notch above for the room and the shared space. It was not quite finished when I stayed! The room is not big, but functional to accommodate everything you need. The bed is comfortable and quite high (I am 162cm), but it is to store a large suitcase underneath. I loved the fluffy towels. It's a good hotel for a quick work stay and good value for money.

There was no bin or trash can in the bedroom (just one small in the bathroom). We didn't have much things to throw away but it was still inconvenient especially on a long stay. The hotel isn't hard to find but from the outside it doesn't stand out much. We couldn't find a way to contact the reception which was a bit troublesome when we came back late at night and doors were closed or at the check out when the staff was away.

The hotel and the room were brand new and clean with a modern vibe. The room was very comfortable and it was pretty soundproof despite being near a busy road. We slept really well during our stay. The coffee and amenities in general were good. Location was good with bus and train stations nearby.

There was no rubbish bin in the room. Restaurant menu was quite limited as was the bar options.

TV in the room was modern and allowed for remote connection of devices for screen mirroring. USB connection points beside the bed was also a positive addition. Storage under bed was a nice touch.

Nothing, would stay there again in a heartbeat

Brand new facility (we were apparently the 2nd people to stay there) The staff and Management were warm and friendly, went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had an enjoyable stay. We didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel, it felt more like we were staying with friends.

However, neither the ventilation nor the air conditioning worked during our stay. And it was almost 30 degrees in Lyon! Not very normal in April, that's true, but opening the window when you face the Montée de la Boucle is super noisy ! The management of heat/AC should be more flexible, to adapt to climate change, when we know the weather is getting crazy !

The hotel is new, nice, well decorated. The rooms are comfortable, not very big but well furnished and practical. The bathrooms are very good with good amenities. Quality coffee and tea available to guests is appreciated. Restaurant very good with good food and drinks menu. Staff is nice and smiling.

The service is poor. Staff needs hospitality training. They just do their job without any flexibility and disposition. Rooms without fridge, slippers and extra bath amenities (except shampoo and shower gel)

The price is a bit higher compared to other hotels in the area. I also received some charges that I had to contest, for example I was charged breakfast and clearly because I checked out super early obviously didn't eat it. Also during check in I specifically declined breakfast. Eventually the staff removed the charge but it left a sour taste.

Location was convenient as there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. There's also 2 metro stops within 10 mins walk. The place is very new and so everything was super clean. Nice view at the top and there's also a restaurant and bar downstairs.

The construction site outside, all along the street, which is no fault of the hotel I know, but when the work starts at 8am you know it. My 1st floor room was missing a privacy curtain on the road side floor to ceiling window, so it was either no natural light or being visible to the world outside.....

Hotel recently opened so in good condition, friendly staff. Everything was clean, room size was ok. Nice bar and reception area too.
