Friendly staff and comfortable room

The rooms were a littl stuffy and got dusty easily so wasn’t the smoothest nights sleep. You can open a window but if you’re sensitive to noise it might not be ideal.

Newly renovated hotel with lovely design of rooms. Comfy bed and friendly staff.. cool neighborhood too!

Great and brand new hotel in a very convenient position in the Croix Rousse district. The city center is just a (very nice) walk away, but you can also take a bus to get there more quickly (the bus station is very close). The district itself is super nice, with a local vibe and lots of restaurants, boulangeries, shops etc. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and modern.

The air conditioning was disabled due to the season we visited in which was April. We found the room too hot to comfortably sleep.

It was just an overnight pit stop for us but this hotel was very clean, smelled nice, lovely room and bathroom, great facilities and the best thing was that it had a smart tv so we were able to stream our media services. When you’re in a country where the English language is not the predominant language so you’re constantly having communication difficulties day to day it’s nice to go back to your room and just watch something that you’re used to watching and in English. It’s a small detail but very much appreciated.

Small gym, pricey breakfast. The restaurant was exceptionally shut the evening I arrived and I needed to eat dinner so that was disappointing.

Breakfast was great but a little pricey! I liked that it had a gym although it was very small! Staff were lovely and decor was nice.

I got a basement room with no view. It did not bother me much, as I was there just to sleep.

A brand-new, modern, fashionable and functional hotel. It's a new chain by Accor, and it reminded me of the Moxy chain of Marriott, but I feel TRIBE is a notch above for the room and the shared space. It was not quite finished when I stayed! The room is not big, but functional to accommodate everything you need. The bed is comfortable and quite high (I am 162cm), but it is to store a large suitcase underneath. I loved the fluffy towels. It's a good hotel for a quick work stay and good value for money.

It was hard to manage the temperature in the room.

Very nice vibe, welcoming staff, good location. The room was clean and modern. The hotel looks brand new.

There was no bin or trash can in the bedroom (just one small in the bathroom). We didn't have much things to throw away but it was still inconvenient especially on a long stay. The hotel isn't hard to find but from the outside it doesn't stand out much. We couldn't find a way to contact the reception which was a bit troublesome when we came back late at night and doors were closed or at the check out when the staff was away.

The hotel and the room were brand new and clean with a modern vibe. The room was very comfortable and it was pretty soundproof despite being near a busy road. We slept really well during our stay. The coffee and amenities in general were good. Location was good with bus and train stations nearby.

There was no rubbish bin in the room. Restaurant menu was quite limited as was the bar options.

TV in the room was modern and allowed for remote connection of devices for screen mirroring. USB connection points beside the bed was also a positive addition. Storage under bed was a nice touch.

Nothing, would stay there again in a heartbeat

Brand new facility (we were apparently the 2nd people to stay there) The staff and Management were warm and friendly, went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had an enjoyable stay. We didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel, it felt more like we were staying with friends.

location is rather bad, 25 minutes walk from city centre (up and down the hill), far from every useful location. Poor choice of restaurants around

location a little far out but a pleasant downhill walk into the city centre... not so pleasant on the way back up!

Hotel was opened the day before we arrived so staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Place was clean and comfortable and rooms very quiet despite being next to a busy road.

However, neither the ventilation nor the air conditioning worked during our stay. And it was almost 30 degrees in Lyon! Not very normal in April, that's true, but opening the window when you face the Montée de la Boucle is super noisy ! The management of heat/AC should be more flexible, to adapt to climate change, when we know the weather is getting crazy !

The hotel is new, nice, well decorated. The rooms are comfortable, not very big but well furnished and practical. The bathrooms are very good with good amenities. Quality coffee and tea available to guests is appreciated. Restaurant very good with good food and drinks menu. Staff is nice and smiling.
