Really nothing comes to my mind. You have to tidy the room up and throw the garbage away, but it comes nothing essential to me.

Since this is "no-staff" hotel, I appreciate perfect instructions to my phone on how to check-in, check-out and anything else right on time so there were no doubts what to do - from entering the hotel, through getting room cards, using gym, having breakfast, ending leaving the hotel. Quite peaceful place, quiet rooms, all you need when you want just bed and breakfast and spend all day out. Metro station 4 min. of walk.

Location was very good, close to Metro 13, the staff where very nice and kind, The breakfast was fancy but it was good and enough to start the day, the room was clean, the whole place, entrance and halls to the rooms smelled really nice and clean. make sure you have the correct location when you're going as there's another address not so far from it but it's the wrong one, we went to the wrong one but when we called the staff they explained everything and then it was easy to go to the correct place. there's a gentleman in the reception I would really like to thank, he greeted us with a smile and explained everything very well unfortunately I didn't catch his name. in all we would definitely come back to this place and we give it a strong 8/10

There was the construction going on in front of the hotel and it was noisy. On the day of checking out, a cleaning staff member rang us two times to check the room was empty and it wasn’t pleasant, as it was around 7 am and then around 9 am, but our check out time was 10 am. We also specified this check-out time on the online checkout the day before, so this should have been checked by the cleaning staff.

The location was good because it was near the metro and some shops and restaurants.

The bed was small, it was not very comfortable for two people to sleep. I wanted to have 2 blankets. For 4 days they never cleaned the room or replenished the equipment - this is sad. I would have liked a quieter room, in this one you could hear everything, both the neighbors and those in the hallway. I would like a more varied breakfast and good coffee for a fee. But this is not a big problem since there is a McDonald's downstairs of the hotel. It was cold in the room at night, there is ventilation from the street that cannot be turned off, and the battery is small and weak. I would like the room to be better equipped: a second blanket (there were spare pillows), slippers, toothbrushes. For 4 days more water, coffee and tea in the room. Or to be replenished daily. On weekdays this is not a problem - there is breakfast, but on weekends it would be nice. Separately, I would like to note that despite all the advantages, these are not significant disadvantages, but rather wishes for improvement. Good luck!

Thanks to the hotel administration! We were without the Internet for some time; we were sent an access code and instructions on how to get into the room in advance. Wifi worked great all days. It was very clean. For the kitchen, we were given dishes for serving and cooking, cleaning supplies and tablets for the dishwasher. There were breakfasts on weekdays. There is a large store a few minutes away from the hotel. The metro station is also a few minutes away. There is a McDonald's in the hotel building. And opposite the hotel there is an inexpensive, good cafe with ready-to-eat takeaway food.

The neighborhood is so so, but if you are not walking around at night, it's not a big deal. The room could use a little maintenance, as my sink kept clogging

The curtains are light colored and see through. So the street lights are always on. So if you need darkness to sleep. You won't be able to sleep. Also soon there will be a residential building coming up. Which means if you have that kind of curtains you won't have any privacy at all such as changing your clothes...

I liked that the hôtel is clean, big room, spacious. Everything went well.

I had problems to find the locker with my key. They sent me a message with some indications but the forgot to say that my key was behind a door. So you need to be curious if you want to find your key. Once you entered to the building, go to the first door at the right aside the lift/elevator. It's impossible to contact the staff on week-end. I spent almost two hours trying to contact them with no success. My curiosity took me to the right door. A Whatsapp line would be great in that case.

The security of the flats, building is great. Good privacy, good internet connection. You will have a kitchen and some very useful kitchen utensils. The metro is really close to you, like 5 min by walking. Markets and restaurants close as well. The building has a lift/elevator. I loved this flat to be honest!

The staff is working only on working days (Monday - Friday) so if you arrive on the weekend, you don't have any chance to leave a luggage at reception or something before checking in. When we arrived we didn't have towels in the room, and as we arrived on Sunday we could just leave the message where possible and luckily got them the same evening (even though it was the weekend). Breakfast is included from Monday to Friday (normally), as it turned out when we went down there on Wednesday (1st November) and the cafeteria was closed without any sighs, breakfast is not available also during national holidays, we after that googled up national holidays and learned it the hard way.

Nice apartment. Self check-in / check-out procedure works well. The staff is responsive. Overall a great place with a reasonable price. The metro station is around 3 minutes away with the metro leaving every 7 minutes.

The room doesn't get cleaned during your stay unless you stay more than 2 weeks. Having that in mind, you should get your own cleaning chemicals and maintain the room. When we got there the window was very dirty both inside and outside while the rest of the room was okay as far as cleaning goes, but it could be better. Breakfast could be better but i guess its the hotel policy.

The proximity to the metro station is great, supermarket and McDonalds are next door. The price is okay and being on the 9th floor was nice. I like the electronic access of the hotel and room. You get a fridge and a small kitchen to prepare something simple. Furniture was good, fairly recent.

Lovely building, which is fairly newly built, but the room that we stayed in wasn't quite clean. The sheets were stained, the shower lacks a soap dish, the floor wasn't moped, and the white window curtains were also stained and dirty in need of cleaning. It gets noisy early on in the morning due to the construction work across the road and also when the rubbish gets collected.

The location, even though in the suburb, is a metro 13 line, which is good and consistent, connects to all other lines and central paris in 40 minutes or less. The room is equipped with a kitchenette, a fridge, a kettle, and cooking utensils. Loved that my room was warm given the weather. There is plenty of storage for clothes.

It would be nice to have a bigger size bed.

The location was excellent, being in close proximity to both the metro station of Les Courtilles- line 13 and T1 station. This made it very convenient for reaching the city center (30 min) and the airport (around an hour). Moreover, there were a supermarket and bakery nearby. Very well equipped apartment. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodated an earlier check-in than expected. The price was reasonable, and they also offered breakfast on weekdays freely, which was a nice addition. We will certainly choose to stay there again when we visit Paris in the future. FYI our review is based on our stay in late October.

They should change the towels more frequently, we stayed for 5 days and they only change it weekly so there wasn’t any change for us. It didn't have all the kitchen utensils: there was only a fork and no corkscrew.

Theres no air con, like at all. We kept both windows open, but right in front of the building- theres a construction, so it was impossible to sleep for the first night. Asked a fan at the reception, and slept with that with the windows closed, so at least a better sleep. In winter probably its great, but not when outside is +28, inside is boiling.

I like this apartment, the first one is location- it’s really very close : supermarkets, pharmacy, beauty salon, Macdonald, bakery, metro , public transport - its really were cool.In the room there were: towels, hairdryer, fan, kitchen utensils (washer, detergent, capsules for the dishwasher, plates, glasses, pan, etc.) in the bathroom: soap, shower gel, toilet paper 2 rolls. quite comfortable bed, TV. The street is quite noisy at night, so it is difficult to sleep with the windows open, but this is not a problem as fom me . About cleanliness of the apartment - it’s not so good clean as can be - but in general, I recommend these apartments of their value for money
