No lift from the street level but from the level 1. Luggages have to be carried one floor up. Our room was lovely but small.

No real options for breakfast like eggs etc but don't see that as a negative as we walked around the town and found something to eat.

Eva was very friendly and helped me take the bags upstairs. The room was beautifully decorated. And very close to everything. Definitely worth the price.

There are stairs from the entrance to the reception on the first floor. This could be tricky if you have heavy luggage.

Our room [no 8] was on the second floor. It had a window overlooking the street which was great. The room was a good size. It included a "Nespresso"-type coffee maker which we liked, and a little fridge. Sound proofing was good and we weren't disturbed by activities in the street. The hotel is situated close to lots of restaurants, and 50 metres from the sea wall and wonderful promenade. Breakfast was simple but the bread and croissants were fresh, as was the orange juice. Served by a cheerful member of staff [Bastian]. We were made to feel welcome by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for Emma and Bastian. They were helpful and friendly.

Excellent staff very friendly. Difficult to find because of roadworks and difficult parking. Excellent restaurants in the same street. Would certainly stay again.

The steet is very alive, it can be noisy if you want some silence and solitude.

Super busy street, quite pricey, but could be the location. Parking quite far away.

Comfortable beds, nice balcony, and we lived the original artwork throughout the hotel. Nice staff who communicated well. We did not do the breakfast.

Long way to car park which was very busy as Xmas eve.

Good location near beach and everything. Breakfast in room was good . Travelling with dog they had a bed and bowl to use.

Breakfast in bed which can be awkward and the coffee was lukewarm on arrival but all the other ingredients of a continental breakfast were excellent. the bathroom had an excellent shower and was quite stylish. There was some external noise until just after midnight from neighbouring bars. The room, though cramped, was well laid out and comfortable as was the bed. Location perfectly poised between rail station, town square and the beach.

Beautiful furnishings. Terrific location but parking a little issue but ended ok. Room a little small but adequate. Would highly recommend hotel and place off season

Parking is a little difficult, specially upon arrival as streets are narrow. However, there is a public parking where it is very accesible.

Friendly Steffens and very helpful. Location was perfect, steps to restaurants and walkway.

We had a terrace off our room, which was right next to the industrial air conditioner. The terrace also did not have a view. Not conducive for breakfast enjoyment. Great place to dry clothes however.

the size of the room was small.

the location is amazing: in the middle of a pedestrian street. At the top of the street: the sea and it's walkway. At the bottom of the street: a main suqare where they had a concert in the evening. Lots of restaurants in the street, and from the bedroom we couldn't hear a noise (our room was at the inner side of the building). The size of the room is small, but we didn't need anything bigger for our one night stay. We didn't meet anyone from the staff. We spoke with them on the phone: we asked for restaurant suggestions and they kindly booked one for us. Wifi was included.
