The location was very good. The hotel is near to a metro station and a lot of restaurants.

It is old and not renovated. Some room corners and interior objects are tacky. It’s a very small hotel with very limited staff.

The location is just perfect. Good (expensive) neighborhood with a lot of nice cafes and restaurants. Clean streets. Tired but friendly staff. Room cleaning and fresh towels every day.

The receptionists are very kind, they were kind enough to check us in an hour early and we checked out an hour later. We also took advantage of the opportunity to leave our luggage in the luggage room. The beds are comfortable and the room was warm and cozy. the location is great.

The room is noisy, no double glazing. People at the reception were unpleasant. I have been accused of not paying for my stay when I prepaid 2 of 3 nights. They were rude and didn't listen. I'll never go back in this hotel.

I would have preferred if the rooms had both been as well fitted as the kids' room. Also the configuration - to have the kids in the room with the front door - was kind of off putting. Not that anyone dropped by, but if they had, the kids would have had to deal with it, as we couldn't really hear the door from the adults' room.

We had a two room 'suite' that was connected by a balcony. Our 9 and 14 year old slept in the first room that had a single and a double bed. The second room was only accessible via the 1st room. It had a double bed, and my spouse and I slept there. Both had their own bathroom and the balcony was lovely to take the air in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I love the neighborhood! The staff were all friendly and wonderful. Many of the guests were from EEU. I think we were the only people from the US. The neighborhood - Montparnasse - is my favorite in Paris, and we were right in the heart of it!

The location was fantastic. Right next to the metro and surrounded by creperies, restaurants and bars. The apartments were in a lovely courtyard which we sat out in for a few wines at night. We had the family apartment - plenty of room even with our older children (21 and 17). Maid came in every day with fresh towels. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely return.

We’re in the 1st floor and it’s quite noisy in the evening. Room is not spacious-I don’t like it but , of course it’s Paris and understandable 😁 don’t like the taxi that the staff called for us, he said that taxi was good and if we left something there the driver will return it. Nice to hear, but the taxi meter was double than regular rates. From hotel to Moulin Rouge cost us 42€, and it’s not that traffic. On our way back to hotel cost us only 18€. 😊

The property’s breakfast is quite basic, there is not much variance. Also the smell coming from the ventilation system is bad, it smells of cigarettes.

Unic Renoir Saint German is close to the Montparnasse Metro Station and located on a cute street with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés. Next to that, the rooms are quite spacious and have bathtubs!

It’s a lovely place but the managers should pay more attention to the condition of the rooms and cleanness. The furniture is quite old. The cleaners come every day but they just make the bed and leave. The floors were very dirty and they never cleaned it during our stay. We stayed there for 8 nights, and cleaners just came to rooms to dig in to our stuff, so I suggest everyone to keep their stuff in the safe. They will use all your makeup and creams if you leave it outside.

Excellent location! It’s a very cute hotel and is on a lovely street with lots of tasty food and activities. everything is on walking distance. Front desk staff were great!

Very nice and attentive staff and reception. Parking is in a public garage about an 8 minute walk away. Good location for restaurants in the immediate area. Eiffel Tower, Norte Dame and The Louve are all a 30 minute walk. Great stay at this location.

Unfortunately my room had an AC, which was dripping. So after a night I discovered a small puddle of water on a desk. I'm sure they'll fix it very soon. The front desk managers help me with this issue by switching the room immediatly. Additinally, not everybody on staff can speak english, but I regard this more as a challenge.

rooms seem recently updated but the windows could do with a change or at least a deep clean around them. A kettle, coffee maker would be nice, but again you’re paying for a basic hotel.not a fancy one. other areas of the building could use an update-nothing wrong just outdated style.

im not sure what all the bad reviews are about! we stayed for 1 night and everything was great for the price. very short walk from the train station, extremely pleasant staff, brand new bathrooms, good wifi and they even let me store my luggage for the day after I checked out. A few steps to the right of the hotel are tons of cute and trendy (instagramable) bars and restaurants
