There was nothing not to like

Everything was excellent. It was so nice to have a place to cook breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants. A manual was left by Jean for all the sights and restaurants. Very clean

We did not stay in Toulouse for enough time. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay. It books up fast, so take advantage when you can.

The apartment was lovely and centrally located in front of the bus and metro stops and near shops and restaurants. We were on foot, and managed very easily. It's bigger than appears in photos. The building is historic and it was absolutely amazing to stay in a place like that. And even though it's historic, it had all the modern amenities desired.

There is construction for a subway station across the street. We were there during a long weekend and it was not a bother to us. But, something guests should be aware of.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well equipped the apartment was. Good location with a convenience store across the boulevard and Casino groceries minutes away. We used the kitchen sometimes and were happy to have basic oil and spices. The host has thought of everything you need for an enjoyable séjour. We were very pleased to have stayed here.

Lack of centralized air condition. I'd say that probably this is the only minus I found. The portable AC device is available. However, I am not sure this is enough for hot weather

Apartment was even better than in the pictures. Brand new. Quality materials. Great and easy check in. Wonderful location. Detailed explanations about the apartment, neighbourhood, things to do etc. Wifi perfect. Fantastic stay. 100% perfect. Recommended for shorts stays, 2-3 nights.

Construction of the metro station down the block.

Good size for the money, very attentive host, comfortable furniture, great view (except for the construction a little further down the boulevard) and wonderful balcony.

Apartment on the second floor and elevator was not working

Elevator size is small and did not work. Of the three days we were there, only was able to use once. The stairs were fine but just fyi for anyone with mobility problems.

The apartment was very well situated, within walking distance of Toulouse's old town. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. The host, Subra, was very accommodating, waiting to let us into the apartment after the official check in time and looked after our luggage after checking out so we could explore the city. He was very helpful in finding us a restaurant for dinner.

The apartment is quite large - more than enough room for 4 adults. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't use it. We were there for the rugby so the location was ideal for getting the train to the stadium. It is about a 10 min walk into the centre of Toulouse. Check in and check out was really easy and we were allowed to come in early which was great.

The toilet cubicle, which is in the bathroom, is a bit tight in space, especially for big people. There is no proper standing shower for whose who prefer it, like me and my wife. There is a large bathtub with a shower head. The lift is an extremely small and only fits one person and a suitcase at a time. On the departure morning, we tried to shift the suitcases downstairs using the lift “ unmanned “ and it got stuck for 10-15 minutes causing us a major scare. It was because one suitcase was too close to the lift door.

Very spacious. An old fashioned French style apartment with tall ceiling and a separate kitchen. Very well equipped. Cable TV is available to watch major news networks which is a plus. Situated just along the periphery of major sites and we didn’t even have to use public transports. The host, Jean, is a extremely friendly and helpful guy
