We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe car parking system does not work. You have to park in a public car park opposite the hotel, and then get given a special ticket to pay for the stay (so the parking is free). However, in our case, the special ticket did not work, and we were blocked int the car park until we paid the ticket (about 10 euros for for one night).
The location was good, as was the breakfast - which wasn’t too expensive. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was clean.

AustraliaAlthough the bed was comfortable, the pillows were extremely basic (with cheap acrylic filling) and their lack of quality did not match the other furnishings of the hotel.
This hotel was in a very convenient location right next to the main train station. It was a very quiet hotel and the double glazing stopped all outside noise. Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries were provided. The air conditioning was quiet and extremely effective. The room was very clean and each day was refreshed with great attention to detail.

The city of Valance itself was a little gem. The hotel is located in a nice area close to everything. Garage was included in the price of the hotel.
