Bear in mind that it is a 20 minute walk to the city. It's flat but you walk through a not very pleasant neighborhood at first. They offer parking in a garage that is not easy to maneuver into and charge 10 Euro per night.

The place is beautiful and very well equipped. There is a beautiful garden with a small swimming pool. Carole is a great host. She serves a very nice breakfast on her terrace and also gives touring advice. There is a kitchen that guests can use.

The hotel is in a quiet, unexceptional street, but when you enter the property it is magical. There is a beautiful garden with a pool, the accommodation is beautifully furnished in a contemporary way, and the owners are very engaging and helpful. It felt like visiting a family rather than staying at a hotel. Because of its small size we had the opportunity to meet other guests which added to the trip. The old city is a less than a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended!

Carole and her husband were super nice couple, very helpful, they walk a few extra mile to help us... It was a beautiful villa, easy to get around the old town, shopping and dine... Will come back.

Really nothing.

Carole and Jean-Jacques are most welcoming and helpful hosts. They have a grand and attractive villa with a large garden in which to relax after a hard day's sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast excellent. They are just outside the town walls but benefit from a quiet location. What a friendly and lovely place to stay!

The hosts were so generous and the house is beautiful! A really relaxing space with a fantastic pool for when the weather was hot! Only a short walk into the walled city and close to the supermarket, with a kitchen for things you need.

We loved the house and gardens, our room was lovely and spacious and Carol and Jean Jaques went out of their way to make us comfortable and provided us with plenty of information and tips about Avignon and the surrounding areas. Stunning villa and gardens. We stayed in the superior double room, which was furnished with style and quality fittings. Carole is an interior designer, and it showed. The gardens and sunbathing area were perfect, and the outdoor kitchen and dining area were superb, if you wanted to stay in one evening.

Carol and Jean-Jacques were the perfect hosts and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Breakfast on the balcony was a joy each morning looking over the pool and they have a small kitchen and eating area at the bottom of the garden where you can prepare and eat any food you have bought from the town. It’s is a 10 minute walk to the city centra, so we’ll placed for visiting Avignon. Totally recommend

The host goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She decorated the stunning house and all the rooms herself and the breakfast ist delicious. The garden with the pool is an oasis just a few hundred meters away from the town center.

Everything was great! The house and garden were fab and the hosts could not be more helpful. They could not be more charming. If you want a good French experience then this is the place including an excellent and well presented continental breakfast. In good weather it is on the balcony Our room included a sitting area, bedroom and a good sized bathroom. The room had a private patio, there was a wonderful garden and a pool plus a guests kitchen with a fridge and microwave. There was also a BBQ for guests use. Our hosts organised a private secure parking garage just around the corner. Most of the restaurants are in the old town which is a short walk but do make use of the free small electric buses - a great way to get around the old town. There are some great small local towns to visit if you have a car.

We loved Carole and Jean Jacques who were extremely warm and welcoming and very helpful in organising our stay . The room was most comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. The breakfast was exceptional overlooking the beautiful gardens. The property is within easy walking distance of Avignon which was an added bonus!

Me and my friend has the most wonderful stay! The accommodation had everything we needed and more, including fridge facilities so we could store our own bits. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The garden and pool area is so beautiful - we were pleasantly surprised. I look forward to returning!

Unfortunately, our car was too long for the pre-booked garage space ( which was in the next street), and it became a problem & stressful every time we went in or out, trying not to damage it! Believe the hosts are now going to apply for a different space? Check your car measurements before booking! It does not fit a Jaguar XJ & cost us £120 for our 8 day stay. Do not rely on parking in the streets outside, they are very narrow & almost no parking spaces!

Huge room & excellent new bathroom. Very quiet, residential location so sleep not disturbed, although only a 10 minute walk to the City Walls. Hosts, Carole & Jean- Jacques were very warm & friendly, very helpful & gave us lots of local tips & advice, lending us maps & information leaflets at breakfast time to make sure our adventures went smoothly.
