We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was nothing I didn't like. I guess the only critiques but only very minor were not having a "do not disturb sign" available in the room from day 1 and having to ask for coffee/milk refills. Again, just very minor.
I loved the view to San Tropez. The food options were excellent. I enjoyed having a gym along with a great pool. The staff were amazing, cheerful and very professional.

United StatesEverything was amazing. I do not normally leave reviews on hotels that I stay in, however, this place was truly immaculate. It was quiet clean, and the staff was out of this world. The concierge couldn’t have been better and helped me make so many reservations. I can’t wait to come back and tell everyone about this hotel.

Ghananothing really. aside the insects. there is an infestation of angry little meat eating wasps that seem to get even angry when you shew them away. the hotel seems to be struggling to get rid of them in spite of traps everywhere.

AustraliaIt was a little hard to find on a winding private road in a private hill enclosure. Our GPS system struggled to find it, but once we had found our way, it was easy to come and go by car for day trips. I would not recommend staying without some transport arranged or a car.
Fabulous buffet breakfast which we had on the outdoor terrace every day. Great bar with glorious views over the Gulf of St Tropez. Excellent bar snacks available till late. Very friendly staff.

United StatesWe booked a room as part of our honeymoon to be able to enjoy St Tropez and relax for a few days after doing a bike tour for a week. The Villa Belrose was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at! It exceeded our expectations as a place to stay, but most of all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel so special. They provided the best seating for dinner even though we never made a reservation, upgraded our room and gave us a beautiful private terrace, and greeted us with a bottle of rose in the room when we arrived. We aren't use to staying at such nice hotels but they took care or us so well that we didn't feel out of place here. Really really beautiful, I would stay here again whenever we get the next chance!

United StatesWe recently stayed 2 nights at this property during a multi-stop tour through the South of France, and we wished we could have stayed longer! The property is nestled in a nice, quiet neighborhood with amazing panoramic views of the water and downtown Saint Tropez - the best views being from the pool and the restaurants! The staff service was impeccable, and the concierge Loic was extremely helpful in guiding us to restaurants, beach clubs, etc. Our room was spacious and luxurious with fantastic views from our private balcony, where we took breakfast each day. We look forward to being back very soon! Highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was welcoming, accommodating and eager to assist. Upon our arrival, the General Manager made it a point to welcome us personally. His work ethic is indicative of the entire staff’s commitment. In my experience, management will ask the staff to complete menial tasks. At the Althoff, the GM will clear dishes, etc. The GM, Concierge, front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping, etc were all committed to providing the best possible customer experience. We will definitely be back!
