The host was wonderful. He hand drew me a map of the area and gave me excellent recommendations. He even let me borrow a wetsuit for swimming! The room and home was kitschy and fun. I had a lovely bath, a great nap, and a beautiful hike at sunset. Breakfast was yummy and shared at the communal dining table. Would highly recommend!

Wilfrid was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had - very accommodating, generous, and kind. It is clear from the beginning how much he loves the village and what a strong sense of community he has - it is so amazing and so rare to see this while traveling nowadays. Every morning at breakfast he shared stories with us and gave us very useful tips for hikes around the town and good places to eat while his cute dogs kept us company. He goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a memorable and safe experience in the picturesque Étretat. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated with antique furniture and it was also very comfortable. The location was perfect - right next to two of the best restaurants in Étretat and a two-minute walk from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed walking on the cliffs and breakfast with Wilfrid and the other guests. Three days were not enough, we will be back soon!

It was sad to leave 😭

Despite staying at the end of April, it was quite chilly outside, but surprisingly, the rooms were very warm and cozy! Our apartment in Paris was very cold. The interior designs deserve separate admiration! Everything is so organic and aesthetic that you feel like you're in a museum 🤩

Our room was exactly as we expected and wanted Our host was kind, friendly and very helpful. His knowledge of the surrounding area was extremely helpful. The town and a vast part of the surrounding area was hit hard by a storm which left us all without electricity for 24 hours. Wilfred did his best to make us all comfortable, warm and well fed. The breakfast was yummy and very traditional. All round we had a fantastic stay and we Loved it all.

Wilfrid is a great and friendly host who is always ready to give advice about the town, its restaurants and landscapes. The room was charming, very aesthetically pleasing and clean, with authentic antique furniture. It took us just a couple of minutes to get to the beach from the house. Breakfast was also amazing, beautifully served in nice tableware. Wilfrid has many interesting stories to tell his visitors. And his dogs are very cute. One should definitely stay here when visiting Étretat !

A very nicely decorated old house. The host is very friendly and knows really everything about the surroundings, its history and art. Breakfast was basic but delicious.

The host was very friendly, the house and the room are very nice decorated and clean, in the morning there is a breakfast where you can exchange with other people about their experiences and get some advices for hiking from the host. The location is beautiful, only a couple of minutes to the beach. All in all, highly recommended. We will be happy to come back!
