The hairdryer was a bit of a pain, having to constantly squeeze just to keep it running.

The staff were so attentive and friendly. The room itself made excellent use of the space and had pretty much everything one could want for a city stay

the AC in the Gym for me is too strong. I don't believe doing exercise under strong AC is good for the body, will be good if it can be controlled accordingly!

the breakfast was great there are plenty choices of food! the breakfast team was superb, they do their job above and beyond, we were stay for four nights and every day was wonderful!

Very small lobby and tiny elevator. But this wouldn’t stop me from coming again. I loved the hotel.

Great place. Superb location, a short walk to Eiffel tour and Champ Elysee, next street to Avenue Montaigne. Not very spacious but it’s Paris. Good breakfast. Not too many things to choose from, but we never left the table still hungry. Stuff is very helpful and attentive.

Everything about the hotel he stunning. I loved the huge bed which easily fitted a child between two adults. The amenities in the room were fabulous. The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful and approachable. I’d love to stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at the Villa Marquis hotel for our wedding anniversary. The stay was made extra special with the Grand Suite booking as the balcony had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Paul on reception was excellent both before and after check-in. He were very responsive and helped answer any questions I had. When we arrived we were given welcome drinks and chocolates, and then in our room a lovely fruit display and drink were laid out for us to enjoy, along with a welcome card wishing us a happy anniversary. The room itself was huge, with an amazing roll top bath, huge waterfall shower, separate dressing area, and a separate toilet with its own door. There were balconies either side of the room, but we only used the one with the amazing view, not only of the Eiffel Tower but you can also see many other Paris attractions such as Notre Dame. The breakfast was just OK - the staff were attentive but I believe the lady who served us was new so there was some confusion. There was no fresh milk and we had to wait for croissants to be put out. On our second morning we went down and got coffees and croissants to take back up and enjoy on the balcony and the team were happy to help, proving a tray to carry back up in the lift. The location is great, it is on a quiet street close to Alma Marceau station, which can get you easily to the Louvre or the Trocadéro, and it's within very easy walking distance of both the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elyssee. Unfortunately at check-out there was a slightly sour taste, as we had been left a box of biscuits and sweets on the side at some point during our first morning when we were out (just left without clearing any dirty glasses or making up the room strangely). I had called reception and was told that anything outside of the mini-bar was complementary, so we had decided to take these as a gift for my children. At check-out we were charged nearly €70 for these which was frankly ridiculous - so we left them.

Cleaning service could be better. I think it is not a 24/7 service and the room was a bit dusty. Also only one tiny bottle of water is given complimentary for two people.. there are no complimentary cookies or chocolate for tea.

Amazing stuff very friendly and accomodating. We had amazing start with welcoming champagne drink and very understanding stuff did everything they could to allow us for early check in after a very long flight. Location of the hotel is ideal, all fancy shops and restaraunts and the eiffel tower very close. Considering paris hotels the room size, hotel amenities were okay for the price. Overall I was very satisfied.
