excellent location in historic Montparnasse area, very close to many shops, brasseries, cafes and metro stations. Quiet hotel and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The common corridors were not very clean. The was some left or lost garbage in fornt of the elevators, and it was still there the day after. Rooms are clean though.

The hotel is located at a private yard in Montparnasse, at walking distance of the Tower and the Catacombes. Very nice neighbourhood. The room is ok, bed is fine and the room is clean. Everything works, but the bathroom is a bit outdated. I saw lots of old bath tubs in the parking, so apparently, the bathrooms are being renovated, which is good. Breakfast is good. The hotel has a private parking, but be careful! The ramps are quite narrow!

This is the second time I stayed at Vacances Bleues Villa Modigliani, and it was really great. I have the same comment as last year that the design of the room looks a bit outdated (90's or early 00's vibe), but it still doesn’t affect my general impression. I see that the reception desk was redesigned, and now looks more cozy. The staff is super friendly and kind, and the location is very convenient.

This is a hotel which I use regularly because of its location and value for money. As a solo traveller I always feel very safe there and in the surrounding neighborhood. It is clean and comfortable too.

Just the perfect neighborhood to stay. We were here the weekend and O couldn’t wait to get back to the hotel, eat a croissant ant the Boulangerie du Dome, choose one of the hundreds restaurants from Montparnasse. The Montparnasse tower is the cherry of the cake. An unbelievable view from the city a 6 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was very nice, the room is small like all the Parisian hotels but some reviews where so bad I was a little confused, when I come back I’ll stay here again, for sure. The fountain is a charm, I can’t say nothing about the breakfast because there are thousands of boulangeries so is almost a crime to eat in the hotel. Not a terror story, you’re not in the US, huge rooms… etc. The bed was super comfortable, the pillow amazing.

Access to parking is really narrow, only for small cars. And it was supposed to be free and once at the hotel I was asked to pay for it … very odd conversation with the staff reception who made me feel unease

Super location by large brasseries of Montparnasse, smaller restaurants off Edgar Quinet. 2 metro stations. Car park (not as narrow as reported). We like the specious rooms, the light (not overlooked), sound proofing, the views to the houses opposite, very Parisien. Bed comfortable and room clean. Needs a refurb, but given that, it's a great find.

The sad condition of the room, the narrowness.

Very good location, close to public transport, many restaurants and cafes, lively and beautiful area of Paris. The kids loved the pancake printer and the fresh juice machine.

The bedroom was a little old fashioned and could do with a makeover eg the carpets and the bath/shower could be more modern but for a one night stay it was perfectly clean and comfortable.

The only downside are the corridors and hallway are abit cramp and too many turns and corners before the room allocated to me and can pose a hazard and risk in the event of an emergency or fires.

Very good location with alot of restaurants, proximity to shopping, metro, other attractions. The place is located in a quiet environment and the room was spacious enough.

Villa Modigliani is a large hotel conveniently located near shops, restaurants and metro stations. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

We had a very unfriendly and hostile lady assisting us when arriving. She nearly screamed at us for driving into the court yard of the hotel - which we did not know was not allowed. It was also an issue for her to direct us to the parking space. Please note that parking cannot be reserved. She also said that our car (a small hybrid) would not fit in the parking garage, but the car fitted easily. Luckily the rest of the personnel (especially a very friendly lady at reception) made up for her terrible and totally unacceptable behaviour. We travelled extensively through France for a month and never experienced such conduct at any of the other bookings.
