We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PortugalYou have to pay extra for parking. Breakfast €23 per person is really overrated. If you want an egg, you have to wait 30 mins. Yes, one egg Room is much smaller than described. It’s 15m2 not 20 for sure.
It has cozy design of Provence. Very calm and beautiful around. The stuff is friendly and ready to help

ItalyI booked this hotel as I got attracted by by spa in their name but out of spa there is only Jacuzzi that is out of order.
the garden at the entrance is beautiful with a very nice small swimming pool . the hotels main building is very old and so charming . the stuff was really nice too.

Italyparking is too expensive so I preferred to park in another palce for free. Breakfast is nice and served good but every day the same things.... more variety could be a plus. Basic english should be mandatory in a hotel and restaurant. It is valid for many places I visited there but at least here some basic words in english are important. Only one receptionist here spoke a good english.
I liked the place we stayed, very nice and provenzal place. The dinner there was expensive but fantastic and a confortable room to stay. The position and the village Fontville was nice and optimal for visiting that part of Provence. Reception was great to solve a small problem I had.

The hotel is perfectly situated away from the main road. It is quaint and nicely decorated.
