Perfect SPA. Very quiet place and good location.

If spa was fully booked the entrance was refused. But I'm sure some people book and did not turn up without informing the reception. Spa could be first come first served or sign in at the reception after booking; so more people could enjoy their lovely spa!

I will miss the breakfast and friendly&helpful staff whenever I go for holiday. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were big and comfortable. The beds were perfect in size, even for single people. The hotel was not in the centre of Paris but even walking to the centre is achievable for people who like walking. I would go back there and indulge myself with their delicious cakes at breakfast.

I booked two rooms half year ago, and left a message to the hotel, I wanted two rooms closer. But not, one room at side of the building and one room at another side of the building.

I only wish you could use the spa more than once a day and for longer than 45 mins!

Breakfast was really good and value for money, location was a bit far out (20 mins by car to popular destinations eg:Eiffel tower, Louvre )The spa was really really good!!

Dead zone in the room for cell phone service. Ok in lobby. May depend on the room.

The reception area is small but well finished but it doesn't have a bar area as such although drinks are available via reception. Nobody appeared to be using this area during our stay but I guess the outdoor sheltered courtyard will be used during warmer weather. The breakfast is satisfactory. It is a fully self service event albeit staff are on hand to assist. The breakfast bar is small and could be difficult to access if there were a lot of guests in at the same time.

The hotel has a small but very high quality spa area offering a very peaceful, tranquil experience. It is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel also has a lovely courtyard which we unfortunately couldn't use as it was cold during our visit. It is also well located equidistant between two different Metro lines which provide good coverage of the city.

I really loved my time at this hotel. It's a great place, lovely staff, handy location, wonderful rooms, attention to detail in the rooms, lovely breakfast staff, nice reception area. I definitely would stay here again. It's so hard to find decent hotels in Paris centre - this is quite the find!

Very close to Metro line, the staff were very helpful and kind. Room was spacious, and the amenities were also quite nice, especially the coffee set and shower essentials. Breakfast was nice and simple, but very good value considering the price.

Lovely Stay. The rooms were very clean and the facilities were very good. The breakfast was amazing including a lot of choices. The complimentary Spa session was also great. Overall really enjoyed the stay. Would totally recommend.

The bathroom seemed to have a little bit of mold, specifically in the shower.

The room was cleaned thoroughly every night, we also appreciated the little cookies and chocolates left by the staff! Really appreciate the friendly approach. It was super close to a metro and bus - easy to get to the center of the city or anywhere you want.
