Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GermanyUpon arrival we received a warm welcome, and helpful suggestions where to have dinner and which places/ sites to visit. We had the luck to receive an upgrade to a larger and bright room with a balcony. Sophie, the owner, chose a very good colour combination for the walls and ceiling and furniture which creates a very nice ambience. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a sturdy showerhead and strong water jet.The villa is situated in a very charming neighbourhood with grocery stores and restaurants near by. A tram station is within 2 minute reach from the villa getting you straight to the old town. If we ever visit again we will try and stay at Villa Saint Hubert.

BrazilThe building and room is beautiful and cozy. Our host Sophie was super friendly and helpful about what to do in Nice. The location is great, we did most things on foot or by tram, which has a station just around the corner of the hotel. We loved our stay!

RomaniaOur room has no fridge, bathroom has no window ; basic breakfast ( bread, butter, jam, juice, coffee) for 7 euros but, well, it's a choice
Old stylish villa with nice garden in a good zone, 5 min from tha train, 50 m to the tram; with all little problems, it worth to stay here, because the price is fair

Czech RepublicReally tiny room as well as the staircase without a lift; unwanted noise due to the reconstruction next doors (not a fault of the accommodation tho…)
Very nice, homey atmosphere, cute design, friendly and help staff.

United StatesSophie was great and checked us in and out. She provided great information on Nice, and was very accommodating. The location was perfect next to a transit stop - very quick to old town Nice. The room and bathroom were very clean, and it was nice to have the balcony. We would stay here again.

United KingdomMy only suggestion would be to maybe add a tea and coffee making facility in the rooms.
Beautiful property! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to reach anywhere in Nice by tram. You can also have a continental breakfast at the hotel if you'd like. I'd recommend this hotel.

United KingdomThe bedroom was light and airy, with a lovely view onto the garden. It was easy to find and in an ideal location for transport to get to the old town and beach. There were some lovely bakeries and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel and we really enjoyed exploring the local area. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive - we had a lovely time and will remember our stay for a long time to come, thank you!

TurkeyNothing to add in here really. Let me write one more bonus, Sophie let me keep my luggage at hotel gave me the breakfast dining area and the keys so that I can come and put my shopping items privately. After checkout, I wasn't expecting that. It was priceless!
It was an amazing experince staying at Saint Hubert Hotel. Sophie was so patient and helpful for all the questions I had during my trip. She showed me "must go" places, suggested me a beatiful perfume store. The location was perfect! If you have a heavy luggage you don't need to be worry, location is so close to the stop like (50-100 meters) but the rooms are in the upstairs so consider that too :) I went to Monaco, Ville Franche and Antibes the experience was spectacular. Ofcourse Nice Center & old town was my favorite! <3 The room was so peaceful. Calm street, birds singing... Room cleaned everyday so after a long day I enjoyed my calm, clean room. Rooms are close to one another I don't get bother from the noice and also if you are really tired you can't hear anything while sleeping :) Overall exceptional stay! Thank you so much Sophie! If I ever come to Nice again, I will definetely choose Saint Hubert Hotel! A-MAZING.

HungaryThe walls are a little bit thin, at one night we woke up for the neightbours arrival.
The host is incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and big. Television was working. We also had a balcon which was clean, so we could use it. Every day there is room cleaning. We could order breakfast for each day (this is optional). The neighbourhood is clean and calm. Tram station is 1 min walk from the hotel (airport is 45 minutes by trams). I reccommend this hotel! Oh, and the host has a lovely cat :)

IrelandThe hotel and location are superb! Very clean room and comfy bed . Sophie is amazing and very helpful! We had a very enjoyable 2 nights stay. Breakfast is only 7e, which we found was a great value. Simple but delicious! The only thing we missed was even 1 English TV channel. It would be nice to be able to watch something in the evening after being all day out but its not something that would put us off staying in St Hubersts again :) Thank you Sophie for making our stay in Nice so memorable as we celebrated our 15 lth anniversary.

NetherlandsNothing to complain about, everything was great!
Everything was great! The villa is located in a not-so-touristic area of Liberation on a quiet street. Getting to the city centre (place Massena) is easy just walking down the main street or taking a tram (the stop is just around the corner). I've been accommodated in a lovely room on the top floor, spotless clean, with little decor details that immediately make you feel at home. Sophie is a brilliant host, caring and willing to share tips and simply making you feel very welcome. Wifi speed is very good, breakfast delicious and the place itself is so cozy, you just wish this weekend doesn't end.
