Location of the apartment is perfect, in the city center but not noisy at all. Comfortable for a family of four, very well equipped. The host Patrick was very attentive and carried about our stay way before our arrival as well as during our stay.

The front two rooms can be a bit noisy with the road if you leave the windows open but that’s easy to rectify.

Location was excellent. Everything was walkable and it wasn’t touristy. Metro and supermarket on the other side of the road. The flat was really spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. Patrick was so helpful in every way possible.

We had 7 adults and just two sets of keys— a minor inconvenience. No freezer or ice.

Fabulous location in the center of Paris with lots of shops and restaurants within a block of the entrance. The apartment has four good-sized bedroom and a central room which includes modern, full kitchen facilities. Each of the bedrooms has a comfortable seat or a desk for a private area to sit. Two bathrooms—one off a bedroom and the larger centrally located, both with showers. The photos are accurate. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. One side of the apartment faces a busy street, but the apartment was quiet. Patrick, our host, was very helpful and receptive, including when I lost some instructions early Sunday morning. Our deposit was refunded promptly. The procedure to collect the keys was not too difficult and truly close to the property entrance.

Absolutely no issues with apartment or booking process, or key collection.

For a start, our host, Patrick was fantastic. Lots of pre visit information. Issue with my card for security deposit. Bank took 3 days. Patrick was very patient. Location 10 out of 10. Ten mins walk to Pompidou or Les Halles. Three mins to metro. Apartment spacious, spotlessly clean, and heating was set at right times and temperature. I would recommend this apartment to a family. And again, thanks for all the information from a hard working host, Patrick.

We were very happy to stay in this apartment.

This property was fantastic. Patrick, the manager, was so obliging & communication was easy. He took us to the apartment & showed us all we needed to know. The apartment was spacious & beautifully clean. We felt safe in the area & were easily able to navigate to many of the famous attractions. On leaving, we walked about 20 mins to the station Gare du l’East. I would highly recommend this apartment & thank Patrick for his kindness.

Some of the fans did not seem to work. It was not too much of a problem because the temperature indoors stayed cool enough. Just something we noticed.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Located near shops, restaurants, and historical sites. Our host was very welcoming and thorough. He shared many tips and provided recommendations that were quite helpful and spot-on. Both his pre- and post-stay communication was prompt, kind, and detailed.

Only comment is that the ceilings in the bedrooms and bathroom are low. I’m 6’4 and could not stand up in either bathroom.

Great location and well equipped apartment. Patrick made such an effort with communicating both in advance, upon arrival and after departure. He made a good trip better by offering his local knowledge about places to eat and drink and public transport. Local supermarket 2 minutes away is excellent.

We are tall humans so the lower ceilings in the sleeping areas took some getting used to.

The main living space was perfect for our family of 5. We also enjoyed the outside patio space and the access to fresh air for both of the rooms. The location to attractions, shopping, and food was exactly what we hoped for - close enough to walk and still feel tucked away from the busyness.
