We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe food offering was very disappointing for us. The standard of service in the restaurant is not what we would expect from a 5 star restaurant. It was slow and inattentive. Table reservations seemed to be difficult to accommodate and some guests were consistently prioritised over others. The restaurant was short staffed which meant the waiting staff were running around so the whole atmosphere felt very stressful. The choice of food offered at the alternative restaurants was very disappointing also. The restaurant manager was not comfortable dealing with difficult situations of which we witnessed many. Finally when we left the hotel we had another guest’s food bill added to our account. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on that evening so we couldn’t understand why it would have been added to our bill. When we challenged this we were asked if we were sure and told they would need to look into it - basically no apology. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It does not offer 5 star service as advertised. On the whole it was a very disappointing experience for us.
The standard of service from some of the team was amazing particularly the ski room team and the house keeping staff. Also the staff on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly.

New and well designed hotel. Close to the slopes and well positioned in Tignes. Ski room staff was excellent and so was the chef, food was great.

United Arab EmiratesFirst bad experience we got in this hotel was spa. Public spa area is good, no complaints, but facilities of spa - massage SO BAD. The price for one person for 90 minutes is 200 EUR. We were 2 together in one room. In total we paid 400 EUR. From the first touch me and my partner felt that massage was totally unprofessional: both of massagists had no practice at all. We like pretty strong massage after skiing to relax our muscles. But the massage we got was too careful. When I asked to push more, I felt that hand of my massagist were shaking. 200 EUR for this kind of massage? But I have to admit that everyone in spa were so nice and friendly to us, so we decided to tell nothing about it, just paid. The next day we went to public area of our spa and what we saw? One of the massagists was cleaning tables in spa public zone. The next day we saw her as a waiter in the restaurant serving breakfast. Big question for us. Is it a joke? So five star hotel decided to make some money from us and just pushed waiter to make massage for us? Is it a joke? We explained the situation on the reception to the manager Sebastian. He convinced us he'll figure everything out and will get back to us. That was more than week ago. I texted to the hotel - no answer at all. Even hello. Second situation happened to us at the check out time. One day before check out we asked about taxi to Bourg S. Maurice in the early morning. Sebastian told us it's done, hotel charged us 130 EUR. At the day of check out taxi didn't come. Max helped us with this situation and it was totaly solved (taxi came 1 hour later, but fine). He convinced us the money will be back to our account because that was hotel mistake, but still we didn't receive anything and nobody contacted us. Why? To conclude all above the hotel is good, staff and managers are good until the moment you have any problems.
The hotel is new, very clean, rooms are cozy, warm and spacious. Room cleaning service comes twice a day, they always leave some candies on the bed. All the stuff most of the time were really friendly and helpful: reception, ski room, restaurant, spa. Especially I want to point out the professionalism of the receptionist Max, who helped us a lot with one unpleasant situation which I'll describe below. Breakfast is good.

Cyprus1. Restaurant staff seem to be all trainees. Friendly but inexperience making many mistakes and forgetting to process orders. 2. My room did not have a bath tab and the shower controls were broken. We could not easily control the temperature. There was infrequent towel change and supplementation of shower gels and shampoos. 3. The water in the room was tap water and it was not replenished sufficiently every day. 4. Generally the rooms are basic and not in any sort of luxury a 5 star rating suggests 5. Sports shop options although very high end, were very limited
1. Breakfast was good with options of charcuteries and breads, as well as freshly made omelettes. However, the water used for coffee smelled like tap water and a recommendation is to use better water filters. 2. staff was polite and willing to help. they tried to accommodate all our requests 3. Sports shop staff (belonging to hotel) were top class. Very helpful and polite. Tried to resolve all gear issues as well as provided guidance for ski routes and weather conditions. always spot on. 4. Reception and bar area pleasant and relaxing (albeit not luxurious as 5 star rating suggests).

Romaniait is not a sky in/out hotel the spa area is too small for the hotel capacity unnaceptable not to have a hand shower in the hammam area so u can clean ur seat/place u stay i have bought halfboard same menu every day with 1 new soup and 1 new maincourse daily. better to have a new daily menu : veg/fish/meat.

United Kingdomthe only thing that stopped it being a 10 rating was the restaurant where the size of the octopus/squid starter for the price was disappointing and the quality of the beef and duck was not as good as expected
the hotel was well situated to the slope, only 50m walk to the green slope to ski down to the bubble. staff were friendly, and there was a car valet and ski room valet.
