We loved that the hotel had not changed in the 20yrs that we had last stayed there except for the enhancement of the very well preserved condition of the Hotel along with the wonderful staff!

it is such a shame that the renovation didn't address the spa area. Pool is very small, and gloomy and badly ventilated. lack of seating. we stayed there for 10 minutes

the renovated hotel is great - room was superbly comfortable and plenty of room even though it was one of the less expensive rooms. More than adequate. Bathroom excellent. Bar comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional

There isn’t a sink in the toilet so you have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands, seems odd not to have a hand basin in the toilet.

On arrival, I was asked for credit card details. I had already paid my room. They wanted to hold the details for any other purchases. I was told it was just details, no money would be taken. I expected a 0 balance when asked for my pin. I queried the amount shown and was told again that nothing will come off your card. They took €512 off my card and had it pending in my account for 5 days. (We were only there 2, so still pending at home) This meant that my credit card was near my spending limit, as we did not spend that amount in the bar, or mini bar!!!! I wonder if this is just British customers this is done to? I have stayed at many Belgian and French hotels of a high standard, and none have held money on a card before.

The hotel was spotless, and the decor was so classy. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was really comfortable and clean.

The reception area is a little too small when a number of guests all check out in a small space of time. Also, whilst the refurbishment since we last stayed has improved the general appearance of the hotel, we both thought your interior design team could have done a better job.

Friendly staff and my wife left behind her washbag which you informed us immediately and have sent on to us. Very good service.

Would like fresh berries at breakfast....strawberries, raspberries, blueberries?? That is the only thing I can think of to change because we are always very happy with our stays.

We have stayed at Le Westminster a few times now and it will always be our first choice of where to stay in the area. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Decor attractive & tasteful and facilities excellent. We enjoy sitting in the Bar for evening drinks. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and the many restaurants. The hotel provides good, secure parking which is important to us as we are usually travelling with a full car.

We didn't find much to do here. There is a beach within walking distance and plenty of shops, including designer brands and bars and restaurants, however this would work if you were looking for a relaxing stay.

Hotel was grand and beautiful. Our room was outstanding and facilities in the hotel were amazing. The breakfast was great and split into 3 sections, cooked breakfast, continental breakfast and then bread/toast and pastries etc. Room was ready on arrival and we were not made to wait until 3pm! We went with friends and they gave us connecting rooms which worked really well.
