It's very close to old town, Promenade des Anglais, train station. Very nice room and staff. Great location!We had a very nice stay!

Everyone working there was very nice, especially Melissa and the guy whose name I didn't know. They were very helpful with everything. The location is perfect, within walking distance to almost everywhere. Definitely the coolest among other hotels.

Shower door made getting in and out of the shower awkward so I had to squeeze in the corner against the cold wall

Staff was really nice even letting us use the toilets and lockers before wed even checked in. The bed was super comfy which was great after a day of travel and exploring so i slept very well. Theres also a tablet on your bedside which showed us little tips about the hotel and surrounding area.

Yelo Mozart is at a great location in Nice, walking distance to many attractions yet at a calm and modern neighbourhood. The rooms are cleverly designed, comfortable and with everything you need on the amenities side.

All is perfect.

Staying at Yelo Mozart by Sonder is one of the most wonderful experience during our vacation in Nice. The room is clean and new, with a king-sized bed. There's a big window, and after you open it, it becomes a balcony, where the street view is nice. Service is great, even compared to high-end hotels. Staffs all speak fluent English, and they are nice and helpful. Especially, Yelo Mozart has a 24/7 water station, where you can get free cold water, and sparkling water as well. There is also free simple breakfast every morning. All in all, we'll consider Sonder again for our next trip.

However, what I didn’t like about the property was that when you shower water seeps out easily so the room was pretty wet at the end of every night but didn’t manage to reflect this reception as we were too tired. My friend’s room had the same issue so it’s not a one room thing.

I liked that the property was very close to everything and is super convenient! A straight walk to the beach and also the train station with a supermarket just downstairs and restaurants and cafe nearby with a lot of parking near it. Super central and amazing! The room was clean and comfortable.

After booking the hotel on booking.com, I got an email from the hotel owner, Sonder Inc.. "We do check-in differently at Sonder. Since many of our locations don't have a front desk... etc.." Sonder OBLGES THE CUSTOMER to go to a website, enter your credit card details AGAIN, various other details, and then enter your phone number to get an SMS OTP to go any further. I DIDN'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER, because I just had a Lycos SIM I'd bought in Paris. I didn't know if I could get into the hotel in Nice. I sent various emails, and used the booking.com app to communicate with Sonder. This was stressful. It was too late to cancel through booking.com. Fortunately, the online help was helful, and the staff at the hotel were great.

The hotel was great. Espresso machine in room. Ultra modern shower. The staff were great. Really friendly and helpful. They found a room to put my bike. Short walk to the beach and the ripoff tourist cafes. There is only one big problem.
