“The place is way passed its time to offer accommodation. The walls in the room are dirty, the furniture, the lights are broken, like in a 3rd world country. The breakfast was horrible with cheap ultra-processed bread, and the cheapest ingredients. The woman who served us breakfast told us off for sitting at a larger table next to the window (because then she had to clean 10 seconds longer after us), she told us not order eggs because its again too much work for her. The guy at the reception told us they cook dinner until 9pm and at 8.30pm they sad the kitchen was closed and sent us to a chicken shop up the road. Seriously if there was a hotel from hell, this was it.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
