Public transport is kind of complicated in that area, so being there without car or motorcycle is a bit challenging. We've had only cold water the first day - it was probably used by other guests, I assume. No big dissapointments for such a low cost option.

Location is near to couple of the main attractions in the area, shop is a short walk near by. Room was quite small, but suitable for couple nights. People in the area are very friendly and helpful. It was nice and pleasant affordable stay.

Beside all above good points, there is one thing which really killed everything that evening. We had freezing cold water in the shower. After a 6 hours trek with the kids we really needed a hot shower. We wrote to the property immediately but did receive any feedback and no one came to check the issue either. This is disappointing. We do understand issues can happen but we expected someone to take care of it. I hope I’ll get an answer to this request.

Very well located. The little cabin for family is really cosy, with private bathroom. We had a tv in the cabin, free wifi and even a safe. Prior to coming to the hostel, we received all instructions how to access and get the key for self checkin and checkout Large kitchen space and very clean too.

I really needed wifi for a work meeting, but while self check-in was useful, it also meant I wasn't able to talk with anyone to get the password. I sent a message about it but unfortunately didn't hear back, and was unable to find anything in the room that might have the password. Honestly this would've been 5/5 if not for that.

I thought it was a really cute room, and very comfortable! The location is amazing, right along the loch. I was just using it as a transit evening, but I wish I'd stayed for more days to explore this area more, and stayed here while doing it!

Functional and impersonal. Don't expect things like door entrance mat, shower mat etc. Toilet roll and one towel (only) provided.

We stayed in one of the triple bedrooms that access directly to the outside. The room had comfortable beds and acceptable ensuite, which were all clean. There is a communal kitchen, dining and lounge area which are functional and clean. Off street parking in front of rooms. Ideally located for our one-night stay, with pub, restaurant and cafe next door.

I never met the staff face to face. No soap provided & just a few sheets of toilet paper. It might be a hostel but the other hostels I have stopped in have provided soap and toilet paper. I was told that my bike could be kept securely but it would fit in my pod/shed so it got wet outside - an e-bike worth £4300. I had no response when I complained about the lack of toilet paper. Plenty of messages but looked like issued by a robot

This is a very self-service property. There is nobody to help you find your accommodation or show you how to work the heater or ask any questions of. The only time we saw a staff member was when he came to the breakfast room (completely self service) to tell everyone it was time to check out. He was correct, but terse and unfriendly.

Location is gorgeous, village is charming and lovely. Couldn't want more!
