The shower door was broken, but could still close, just a little unstable.

They sent me literally DOZENS of emails. The messages have got to stop. My phone was constantly buzzing with more and more emails from them. Eventually I just blocked them. Ridiculous.

Minimal pod with basic facilities. Great for a cheap stay.

It would be nice to be able to use some essentials complimentaries like teabags in the common kitchen, but otherwise everything was as expected and the kitchen is fully furnished with utensils.

We stayed in a double room on the ground floor, comfortable with an extra sofa in the room. The bathroom was large and with modern shower. We arrived quite late but there was no issue with the check in.

I stayed here 2 days, but the manager never responded to my requests for some heat in my room, clarification regarding a room change, and instructions/cost for laundry. With a 2 day stay, they should’ve responded to my questions. And I was given no way to contact them directly. Kitchen cupboards were filthy and dripping water leaks were under the sink. Stairway and kitchen floors had bugs, leaves and dirt, like they hadn’t been cleaned in at least a week.

My room was clean, mattresses were fine, and the location was convenient to the post office, bus stop, and cafés.

I booked last minute and had to call when I arrived as it is self check in and the process had not been explained. The staff seemed annoyed when I called for assistance. The room and staff did not advise on how to access the wifi that was apparently available.

The cabin was nice and there was room to park and a laundry available.

Virtually no interaction with staff for issues. A great welcome email and ease of checking in and out through email but no one seemed to be on site and special requests for information emails went pretty much unanswered. Wifi for our cabin didn't work so we had to step outside and reconnect each time using wifi for another cabin. Cleaning staff left laundry in machines so you had to yank their stuff out to pay 7 pounds for your laundry and another 2-4 to dry. Kinda spendy and annoying. It wasn't awful awful, just not really delightful after hiking 18-20 miles on GGW.

Although this was a hostel, I booked one of their garden rooms. Thes are absolutely fantastic all the privacy of your own room but with the added bonus of a well-stocked shared kitchen. Lovely little posh garden sheds with an ensuite shower room. Everything you need in the accommodation. Gorgeous views from your own seating area. Plenty of parking. Right in the centre of the little village so close to everything.

The bed was very creaky with every tiny movement and not the most comfy. I had a single room and didn't get a great sleep.

No visible staff. Self check in and everything done via email. Which was fine, apart from once being logged in you can't get ahold of anyone if problems arise. The tv in our garden cabin didn't work and we couldn't get hold of anyone to get it sorted, even after emailing asking about it. With a young family member it would of been nice to get sorted. We ended up using the communal one for a little. The decor could do with a scrub down, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken but again there was no one around to report this to. It's a shame because for what you need it for, it was a nice little place to stay with everything you'd need close by.

The location was good. In the centre of the town. The beds were comfy. The communal kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Although I couldn't get the oven to work the stove worked well enough. The communal area in the lounge had plenty of seating and the tv worked.

The location is very close to the bus station and very close to restaurants. But it is a 40-minute walk from Loch Ness.

Best position in settlement on Drumnadochit.Very good location to made daily excursion. Excellent restauran across the street.

The garden area could be a little bit more cosy.

We stayed in a small garden room with a tiny bathroom. The kitchen was in the main building, maybe 20 yards away. Room was basic, but comfortable and we had everythig we need. Outside was a garden table, where we had brekfast in the morning.

Useful and great location when touring Scotland. Stayed for one night and it was simple and easy. Kitchen at the place suitable for making a decent breakfast. Recommend to dine at Fiddlers just on the other side of the road.

Excellent value. As good as a hotel room, minus the loo roll. WiFi very good. Ideally situated for eating opportunities. Seamless check-in & check-out.

the room was small and congested for a group of 5.

it was an Okayish room. I personally think the room was bit smaller for a group of 5, the windows were locked and there was no ventilation. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We had our personal bathroom which was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils.
