There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but it didn’t have many matching glasses, plates or cups for a group of six people.

It was beautifully presented, clean and cosy. The location was an excellent base to explore Cheltenham from.

No parking directly outside property unless you pay daily (£13) but free parking in nearby roads so not really a negative!

Mishap over sending keyboard code was very stressful. Mattresses were a bit lumpy, spare room shower didn't work (either freezing cold or boiling hot). No bathroom door lock.

Excellent location for town centre. Cosy cottage and good value. Thanks to the owner for goodwill gesture of paying for our parking - much appreciated. Very considerate.

From the beginning laura was only helpful, we arrived in Cheltenham early and even tho the house wasnt available until 3pm laura allowed us to drop our bags in the morning, the house itself was immaculate clean warm and comfortable.

Only little problem was outside on the tiled area.. very slippery could do with a sign “slippy when wet”

The only slight downside was the traffic noise outside, it was incredibly hot when we stayed and it was very noisy with the windows open. Obviously that’s not the owners fault, and it was fine with the windows closed.

The property was exactly as described, very clean and everything as expected.

The tv and interent was quite poor or didnt work at times we managed to get something on the tv by hotspotting to a phone.

The location is great. There were some amenities left milk in the fridge and coffee tea. Cleaning supplies were available. Really comfortable and stylish.

The house and facilities were excellent . We were a group of four and there was plenty of space. The host was great and communicated with me prior to the visit and sorted out the parking for me, which is just outside the property. The location was perfect and only takes about a 10 -15 minute walk to Montpellier district. When I come back to Cheltenham, I will definitely stay here again.

No lock on the bathroom door but we just left the door open when no one was in there. It was a little bit noisy at night but that's really expected in a town centre location.

Comfy beds, free parking provided by hosts in adjacent car park. Well stocked kitchen although very small. Outdoor space and very easy access to Cheltenham. Compact but with everything we needed.
