found heating instructions confusing

The door into the building was extremely difficult to open with the key. Every time we tried to enter the building we spent a chunk of time trying to get in. It seemed to be just luck when the key would finally work.

Apartment looked clean on arrival but on closer look there was a lot of dirt and objects under the sofas & coffee table (cigarette filters, coins, etc). There was coins/old food down the sofa creases. Usually might not be noticed but we were visiting with a toddler who is in to everything so was noticed straight away. Although I know it's self catering it could have done with a few more amenities. No cleaning products at all to tidy up. No sweeping brush/hoover, etc. And there was about 1/4 of a toilet roll provided so we had to go out immediately and stock up on things before we could enjoy or stay.

Great location for Liverpool and the surrounding area. Communication was great and easy instructions on how to find the apartment. Apartment was warm and cosy.

If wasn’t spotlessly clean there was dust on the ceilings and some damage to the walls. I was also disappointed that there was no dish soap so we had to buy some usually there’s some in properties like this.

The location was perfect. We had an appointment in whiston hospital and it was just 5 mins drive away. Close to a little Tesco too which was handy

TV would have been better with an Ariel even an internal one would have helped ..

Have stayed in one of the bungalow before but this time it was one of the flats which was also nice .

The saucepans in the property could do with changing.

Excellent value, free parking, warm and cosy, liked having the basic provisions such as handwash, toilet rolls, tea and coffee etc.

Location and apartment were great, close to numerous shops, pubs, restaurants and close to motorways. Maria was lovely and accomodating even when i locked myself out

Only think I can think of was tv is tiny to watch movies with family … we were staying over Xmas period … otherwise it’s just a preference for a bigger tv nothing to let down the property itself

The access road to Pinfold court was very congested and we had to negotiate through some very tight gap with vehicles parked on both sides of the road.

The apartment was clean and easily accessible. All of the appliances were in new condition

No freezer. Only 2 radiators working, 1 in hall and 1 in living room. Shower head pole hanging off the wall.

Spotlessly clean and really warm, so much so we had to turn the heating down! No noise heard from people in neighbouring apartments. Great location and with access to shops and takeaways nearby.

Close to our training location (Whiston Hospital) Just 15-20 min walk away. The owner is responsive to message and the place is clean.

The apartment was very nice clean, with what we need for just 2 night stay. Shops and station within walking distance. A lot of towels and smelled clean as you entered.

Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t the cleanest or the cutlery drawer but we washed anything we wanted to use with facilities provided. The property could do with a sweeping brush however so we could’ve cleaned up after ourselves a bit more

Easy communication with owner. Super roomy and comfortable, felt right at home! So much better than staying at a hotel. Throws on bed we’re comfy and thick, duck feather cushions, Netflix on tv, shops and takeaways nearby. Lovely!

Just a little out of the way (location wise), bedroooms a little small but simple and effective apartment

Free parking, free WiFi and the apartment had exactly the facilties we needed. Quiet at night, got a good night's sleep.

The location is great, apartment very clean. It was perfect for what we needed.

I got athletes foot there from going barefoot in the apartment. The host had to come help us get into the apt. building because the lock was tricky. We weren't the only ones that had that problem.
