Perfect location Very comfortable & facilities are very good.

Only issue was the shower in the en-suit was a little broken and often didn't stay up for our height and we couldn't adjust the angle of the shower hose. But we were still able to have a shower.

The location was great, Easy to find. Quick access to the keys. The bungalow was amazing and very spacious for 5 Adults. Clean, Comfy and very homely. A very nice welcome pack with a bottle of bubbly too. Every thing was available in the bungalow if needed. Messages from the owner were great.

The back door didn’t lock with the key. The exterior could be tidied, fence painted, weeded but that is me being over critical

Nothing not to like

Bungalow so no steps which was ideal for us a lot bigger than we thought it was gonna be comfy beds and furniture nice layout we went for Christmas and they even had a little tree and a wreath which we thought was a lovely gesture

Host was lovely, nice hamper waiting for us in the bungalow. We really didn't want to leave we will be booking longer next time 3 nights wasn't long enough. Bungalow was cosy and all equipped. Beautiful places to visit near by. The bungalow was quite far out from places to visit so if visiting or staying at the bungalow definitely recommend having a car helps. I don't think we would of seen half of what we seen if it wasn't for a car. Beautiful beach's nearby and lovely place to visit.

The property was very cosy, well equipped and safe. Nice, quiet area. Very comfortable. Nice gift basket on arrival with all our favourite treats! Short distance from a fantastic restaurant / pub (The New Inn) and short drive to Sandymouth beach which is beautiful.

Not walking distance to the sea but that was not their fault, otherwise nothing.

Nothing to worry about!

the property was very clean and well cared for. It had all you could need for a perfect vacation. The owner left a welcome box that contained some Prosecco, coffee, tea chocolate and nachos, there was even fresh milk in the fridge. 1st class!

Everything, bungalow was lovely, fully equipped with all facilities. Rooms were good and with 2 bathrooms it was fantastic. Welcome pack was lovely and didn't last long! 10 minute drive from Bude and widemouth bay so excellent

The lockbox keypad to access the front door keys were not working. But help arrived within 10 minutes of wait. Sofa seats were sagging.

All facilities on the property were good. Easy to find and accessible. Very pleased with the surprising welcome basket with a bottle of wine, chocolate, tea, coffee, milk and snacks. I would recommend this property to a friends/family

All facilities were available and a bottle of wine, two glasses and a bar of chocolate were there to greet us on entering the property.

Unfortunately, we had a bit of a heating issue but our host provided additional heaters to sort this out, but with small children in tow, we had to be careful regarding their safety. With hindsight maybe plug in radiators would have been more appropriate - but we didn't go cold.

The only reason this didn't get an excellent 5* review was because the site had a gas issue, which detracted and brought the comfort score down a little. The bungalow itself was spacious, nicely furnished, very comfortable overall and a lovely place to stay. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and a welcome box on arrival. I have already recommended this to some friends.
