The only downside was the strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, but I have notified the owners and they said they’d do something about it.

The location was handy, very near the station. Although I’d just booked a room, I was given a 2 bed flat. Mattress extremely comfy, everything very clean. Getting in with 2 codes was well-explained and easy

Some guest a little loud however we was a couple going out for a few drinks so we did not mind but i would not recommend family’s due to this and also location is perfect for a couple wanting a night away for a few drinks and food

Due to a last minute booking when we arrived our room was not ready however staff gave us a upgraded room instead which was brilliant

The bed was not a double two single beds put to together and one was lumpy and the noise in other rooms specially the room above. Opposite the apartment is an abandoned building that had strange car park outside.

The property was clean and decorated nicely with everything you need. Location was convenient and closer to the train station.

The room was a bit to small for the two of us. The bathroom mirror had a night light that stayed on all night and we couldn't turn it off. It was very visible from the bed and it was like a bright night light on all night. We will request one of the room's on the upper floors as they are bigger and have more space.

We were situated on the ground floor which was very easy to access. The property is always very quiet so that is a good thing. It is very close to the high street.

Everything, from when you walk into the entrance hallway, it smells lovely. The bedroom we had was huge, very clean and comfortable. Tubs of sweets and a full selection of tea, biscuits and milk was a great added extra. The showers are great will 100percent be returning.

The public car park was a short walk from the apartments and reasonably priced. They seem to be making changes to the road layout around the car park and it was impossible to get out without going through a no entry sign. I’m sure this is just a short term issue that will soon be resolved.

Comfortable, beautifully decorated and easy to find. Complimentary sweets, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and water were a lovely touch, especially after a long journey. Great location in the centre of Preston.

No. 10 Preston was a wonderful stay. The welcome and check-in was seamless. The flat was comfortable, cozy, elegant and beautifully decorated. The location is perfectly close to everything, and with new restaurants and shops opening up along Fishergate, there are so many options if you want to try out a new restaurant, club or simply chill out in a cafe. The staff are incredibly kind and are available if you need anything. We loved our stay.

I guess somtimes I used yo get bothered and distribed not becuse of the stay. Bacuse somes other beside or nighbour rooms used to make so much noise especially at night time and waik on stiars with high noise . And it has nothing to do with property and staff They have been so nice and helpful all the time. So I suggest to the management of preston.10 who ever stay in the property Please add this under terms and conditions of stay however stays in property dont make noise or distrub nighbour rooms especially at night time.

I liked Everything about the property and the mangement . they ptovided all thd needs i wanted during my stay from 24-2 until 8-3. The location of the property is in middle of the city thats make it unique. Example:-(Room service- any emergency call I used to get prompt response- fixing any issue related to room - every facility was provided - cleaning team was wonderful ) .

Everything was spot on. Maybe a little to warm; but even had a fan to accommodate. Also maybe a stronger WiFi connection although the WiFi is at no extra cost so this wasn’t a grievance.

Amazing service. All exceptionally clean and accommodating. The room got upgraded for no extra cost which was brilliant. The room we got upgraded to was the Casablanca, which going with my partner so close to valentines was perfect. Will definitely be booking again.

But the problem was only one small saucepan to use really could do with a frying pan No point having a kitchen you can’t really use.

It was very hot and the windows only opened so much for security reasons. We did visit during a cold snap so understandable. It's a staffless property with self check in/check out. Bit daunting at first but everything ran smooth.

Excellent location just off the high Street. Walking distance to plenty of food and drink venues. Right on the edge of the shopping areas. Good soze fridge if staying for a few days and wanted some bits in. Cooking facilties: 2 electric jobs, toaster and microwave plenty of cutlery, glassware etc. Plenty of towels provided

That I had a train at 6.30am as if I'd known how good this place was I'd have stayed longer!!

No.10 was absolutely exceptional. I have previously stayed at the Premier Inn in Preston but now I know about this I will always stay here. It's right off the main street, close to the station, but down a very quiet and upmarket side street. It feels like a Georgian townhouse and entry was a breeze. The place looked and even smelled (!) brilliant. There was a beautiful Xmas tree. The room was incredible - like a luxury boutique hotel. Cosy, comfortable, thick carpets, lots of textiles, Classic FM playing on the TV, with all mod cons and a kitchen was an unexpected bonus. The bathroom is stylish with a huge walk in shower. It's not often you stay somewhere and would want to spend more time in the room!

Everything, we spoke to 2 of the staff and they were both very helpful. We also had a free upgrade, and that was a lovely surprise. The location and value for money were very good.
