The owner communication was very poor to the stage you feel fair when you need him. Location wasn’t easy to find the apt as the address is at the corner while we are looking on the name of street he provided to us but we couldn’t get it even local people couldn’t when we called the owner unfortunately no reply

There was quite a lot of noise one night from an apartment above but this is something that is hard to control.

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need. The space is great for families and the host is very good with all his communication. The location is also good to get to different parts of London and you also get parking which is a big bonus.

Carpets clearly not vacuumed for months (no vacuum cleaner in cleaning cupboard so we couldn't do it either, had to wipe our feet before getting into bed), bedrooms filthy (heaps of cotton wool buds spilled on floor in one corner and left there), sheets didn't cover mattress, no bath mat, no bathroom fan (or window), toilet dirty with 'things' in it on arrival, recliner sofa armrests and cup holders full of crumbs, towels revolting. It basically never gets cleaned properly, or even close to adequately. One tiny 60x30mm piece of sponge for cleaning so very hard to wipe table or benches after use. Crockery and cutlery all stained or had dried food on it. We had to prewash everything before using it because of dried cheese and egg on things. Incredibly noisy too, just walking around. We unfortunately had extremely inconsiderate nocturnal guests above us for the whole four night stay. It really was nothing like the impression that we got from the photos.

Large living area. Owner offered alternative accommodation when we contacted him about awful inconsiderate activity of apartment above for our first two nights. We were grateful for that but upheaval two nights into a four night stay when you're staggering jetlagged was also not our first preference.

Everything was unfinished or had a poor finish, just needed a bit more time and effort putting into the place. Pictures make it look better than it is, communication with owner was hard work and wasn’t told about a £150 deposit that needed to be paid until 2 days before arrival

Great location. Close to public transport and shops. This was a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all the home comforts necessary for a short holiday. There was a bus stop right on the door step that ran a service to and from Heathrow Airport. Another bus ran from the same stop to the Elizabeth line right to the centre of London. All in all a great spot and such gem.

At a stretch, I would say more kitchen/cleaning facilties and towels, although we spent a good amount of our time out enjoying the great weather :)

.Amazing modern, clean space, just as advertised. We also got the extra nice heatwave this weekend so were able to appreciate it that much more. Good shopping/eating locations nearby aswell as a lovely peaceful park we discovered close by Amazing host BIG warm shout out to "Aaron", our friendly host. He not have done more to make our stay comfortable :) Thank you for the extra fans at our request they were much needed and appreciated. Aaron was always on hand if any issues/queries arose. Smooth check in and free instant parking which was a rare treat to find :) We wouldnt hesitate in returning again. Thank you!! X

This property is let down by the lack of investment in the maintenance of the property. Toilet area was a hazard and I don’t think the bedrooms had been cleaned properly for months ! The curtain rail was waiting to fall off the window and the windows were really dirty. coffee table was delicate to say the least The entrance to the property ( shared space) was smelly and filthy, the bannister was particularly grubby.

Bedding and towels stained and ripped, We had to contact the owner for clean towels and bedding. Once contacted the owner resolved the issue promptly.
