Beautiful Location and Welcome. The Lodge is very well equipped and comfortable. The Host was always contactable, nothing was too much Effort.

The lodge is in a lovely location. It’s really nicely decorated and has everything you need while away. The welcome pack was a really nice touch as it meant we could have a cuppa when we arrived. The place was spotless and the bathroom was lovely.

It was very tidy and couldn’t have been better equipped. Located a 35 minute walk outside Caernarfon town centre but with a bus stop just outside the site, and only 15 minutes drive from Snowdon so it was about as perfect as I could’ve hoped for.

Perhaps just a little more lighting around the decking area as it’s very difficult to see the steps in the dark but everything was perfect and faultless otherwise.

Absolutely nothing at all.

We loved everything about the lodge. We’ve stayed on Glan Gwana a few times now for New Year and this was on of the loveliest places we’ve stayed. Communion with Fran was spot on from the minute we booked and everything was ready for us when we checked in. We even had a lovely little treat box set left for us. Just so thoughtful :) Clean, tidy and everything we needed for a real home from home. The view from the lodge is lovely and overlooks the site with a little view of the main lake. This would be perfect in the summer just sitting on the decking. Everything has been well thought out and the lodge is well looked after. We are looking forward to booking again later on in the year and hopefully New Year again.

Beautiful chalet with a fab view. It was well equipped for a lovely homely feeling,with some special extra touches,Fran was super helpful and very quick to answer a query. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend.

There is nothing that I did not like.

This property was lovely. It was on a lovely holiday park where the staff were so helpful when we spoke to them. The property itself had everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean. Fran had left lurpak, milk and wine in the fridge for us which was a lovely touch! We were only there for 2 nights and got there late on Friday, so we were unable to fully explore the area, as we climbed Snowdon on the Saturday, but it was so close to Snowdon so a great place to stay if that is something you want to do. There are large supermarkets and villages close by, you don’t have to travel far to get to anything. The lodge is close to a waterfall and it was so quiet and tranquil. I would definitely recommend this lodge to anybody wanting to go to Wales, and I definitely think I will be back.

A lovely lodge in a very relaxing environment. Ideal after hiking most of the day and a very short trip into caernarfon. The host Fran is very informative and polite regarding all check in and info within the area.

Absolutely stunning property and location. Couldn’t have asked for anymore - all the facilities and didn’t need a thing. The views and location were just perfect. We will be back again at some point; hopefully for a longer stay.

The lovely countryside but a great, cosy base with everything you need, near to the seaside.

The lodge is situated on a very well appointed site 2 miles from Caernarfon. There are great facilities on site but it's very peaceful if you want a quiet holiday..

Not a big issue but the Main bedroom was very small so there was very little room to walk round the bed for the person sleeping next to the patio door. Not really an problem for us but would be a problem for anyone with any type of mobility issues. The bunk bed in the second bedroom was also very noisy when you moved on it.

The Cabin is beautiful and everything is spotless,. Fran was excellent when communicating all the information and there was a lovely welcome gift when we arrived. So peaceful, beautiful location and just loved every minute. Thank you and will def be booking again for a longer stay :)
