The location is great. Shops and restaurants just a minute walk away. The accomodation provides nice bedrooms. The livingroom could do with a bit more homely look and lighting. We were a bit overwhelmed by the load of instructions featuring all the things we had to do and weren't allowed to do that were given up front. They must have had some negative experiences with previous bookers, but it does kind of work on your "be welcome" feeling after a 14hour journey. Thetford offers great tourist sights, restaurants, pubs and walking routes. Tipping off some of these would be a plus and would make you feel welcome even more.

There wasn't anything that we disliked. It was an amazing stay.

The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect. Literally, a few minutes walk to the town centre, and all the shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Will definitely be booking again. A very chilled and relaxing weekend break.

I think the stairs may be bit challenging for young children or elderly/infirm. Some people may not like downstairs bathroom.

Good location in the centre of town with free parking. Kitchen was well equipped and clean and tidy. Beds were very comfy and despite it's location was very quiet. Good little bathroom with nice shower. Probably more suited to couples or single people to use as base to explore local area.

Small, steep stairs not for the faint hearted.

The property was ideally located for us and is literally on top of the main high street on the other side. Perfect for a drink or access to shops. Parking is literally just on the corner of the property, plenty of room and free to park. Sleeping was very comfortable and the heating was perfect. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, tea and coffee, salt and pepper and even had some clingfilm which was perfect for preparing lunch for the next day. It’s a small properly but has near enough everything you need. Clear instructions on how to access the property, great communication.

If you have mobility issues you may have difficulty with the steep stairs. (We four pensioners managed!)

Cosy, clean and comfortable house in a superb location for Thetford. It is very well equipped. It's on a quiet street yet just a couple of minutes walk to the centre. There are a couple of free car parks also just two minutes walk away.

Stairs were too steep and narrow to get our ( international ) luggage upstairs do had to use the front room.

They only negative point was the steep and narrow staircase which led down from the bedrooms to the ground level. This is generally not a problem but elderly people should be aware of it.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious accommodation at the centre of Thetford. Communication with the host was very good and the guest house had all the facilities that we needed. Definitely worth a stay.

There is only one toilet, and it's on the ground level. The bedrooms are up a very steep staircase and this can be inconvenient in the middle of the night. There was no soap or shampoo provided. The shower is just barely large enough for an adult to use. No milk for tea. The house is near the city center, so large delivery trucks drive right next to it at all hours of day and night.

Very functional facility. This is a two bedroom home with backyard and picnic table, kitchen, washing machine and living room. Tea and sugar were provided for guests. Free WiFi was very good.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and couldn't fault it. Only a few minutes walk in to town. Parking available which is a big bonus. Would highly recommend for a short stay over or getaway.

The house was close to the town I had no trouble finding it as I go by each week when I have a day off to come to the bingo club and shopping meet friends too so I really enjoyed my stay I will come again soon many thanks

The location was near shopping and historical buildings (Thetford Priory). The apartment was comfortable for our family of four, and it has a full kitchen and washer.

The stairs were very dangerous as narrow and opened directly on to the two bedrooms and toilet downstairs so dangerous at night. Thought living area could have been a little more tastefully furnished but it was fine.

We had a fantastic couple of days for a family of 4 it was perfect for what we needed it for, we had a query and had a very quick response from the host, check in was easy and the house was equipped with everything that was needed, including handwash, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, cleaning products etc. It was very clean and we saw the cleaner when leaving the property and she was lovely. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The WiFi was good and the bonus was having Netflix. It was great value for money and the town is a short couple of mins walk. We would definitely book again.
