An extra toilet on the top floor would have been good. Also an extra key would have been useful.

The pictures don’t do it justice.A wonderful property full of character yet also warm and cosy. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. The central location was perfect so close to great pubs and restaurants.

The only thing that would have improved this property would have been to have more storage space in the kitchen, as there wasn't really anywhere to put our groceries except on the work tops, which decreased preparation space.

We loved the property for the moment we opened the front door! It was great to find milk in the fridge, and some tasty biscuits to welcome us. All the basics were provided, it was good to have such a plentiful supply of tea bags! The laminated notes were very helpful.

Everything was great. There is a beam across the third bedroom on top floor that is unconventional - but it adds to the charm.

Lovely, cosy, classy house with beams, well decorated and tasteful. Excellent location right near centre and very close to good pubs and restaurants.

Location fantastic. Great to have parking permit. Would have been awful without it. 2 minute walk into town. Welcome of flowers and biscuits were a lovely touch.

Beautiful characterful house in central Shrewsbury. Warm, well equipped, comfy beds, plenty of storage. Perfect location with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops on our doorstep.

Be aware that the apartment is a bit difficult to find. The actual entryway is down an alley Instructions are very clear for parking.

We loved the authentic Tudor style architecture and clean and comfortable apartment. We really appreciated the washer too after traveling for 2 weeks! Now we have clean clothes! It was a lovely place to stay as well as having a place to Park.

only 1 parking space close by - wasn’t clear for someone who isn’t from the area to find the property or the parking space. didn’t use the beautiful bedroom on the top floor because the beam and no toilet upstairs. only 1 shower for 3 bedrooms

location was perfect for the town! good facilities, beds very comfortable, space in living area was great.

It wasn't a problem for our party but there is a very low beam in the top bedroom that you have to duck under to get to the bed. This may be an issue for some so good to be aware. There were some small issues when we arrived but the hosts were very responsive.

Brilliant location, very spacious. Living room better than pictures- I think there was a new sofa and lovely Emma Shipley cushions. Milk and biscuits left by hosts. Parking space is a few minutes walk away and great to have allocated parking.

Instructions to the car park were not clear. It would have been very helpful to say that the access was via Swan Hill Court behind Swan Hill Nursing home.

Everything was perfect, but I did struggle with the door lock, but not a huge problem.

Very comfortable property, clean and complementary tea, coffe , milk and lots of supplies, that we didn’t use, because we had brought our own. The location was excellent, central to everything.

Our stay simply wasn’t long enough….

The property was absolutely perfect for 6 adults,location couldn’t have been better,everything was spotless and it felt like home. The milk in the fridge was a very welcome gesture,they really do care about the guests. I’d love to know more about the history of the house itself because it seemed full of history. Thanks for providing us with a fabulous place to stay.
