It's a bit out of the way so if you don't have a car getting to central Cambridge might take a bit but buses come pretty frequently.

Really quiet house, next to a park. The house was small but comfortable, clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

Second studio overhead not well insulated so noise from even just walking in rooms at very early hours.

Booked as convenient for early hospital appointment. But would book for longer stay as was impressed with this studio. Even sofa bed was very comfortable. Parking no problem and quiet cul-de-sac. Easy access without need to call owner. With two double beds a bit tight for room but not a problem. Very good value for money.

Only 3 forks and no teaspoons, only 3 mugs. Bathroom accesible only through bedroom.

All in, there's even iron available. Very sunny apartment. Good value for money. We were allowed to check in early.

Not enough sheets and towels left for all 4 guests. The cleaner apologised and said it was his mistake. Only 3mugs 1chipped. SLIGHTLY Dusty bedroom .No teaspoons, Shower could have been cleaner dirty door yrack.

I came last month and this time there were a few things missing. There was no shower gel. There was only Camomile tea and no tea towel even though you are asked to wash up and put away. I have back pain and found the seating too low. The bathroom is cramped.

Techniques for operation of the cooktop (hob), and also of the clothes washer/dryer unit, were nonintuitive. We had to do internet searches to figure out how to operate them; and even so we still had difficulty with opening the dryer at the end of its cycle. (Also, the clothes did not dry at all unless the machine was set on "Intensive Dry"). Supplies for self-catering (plates, bowls, utensils for preparation and for eating, etc.) were adequate in quantity but barely so.

We had several occasions to contact the host with questions; his responses were usually prompt and always helpful. Information that we received in advance about the property was quite detailed, and the photos and descriptions about where to park and how to retrieve and use the housekey were particularly useful. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had good natural light. The furnishings were new, and though the apartment was small, the space was well-organized. The building was located in a neighborhood near a park, and we felt safe and comfortable walking around the streets. Wifi worked very well.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable as a sofa didn't try it as a bed. The shower was good but the shower room was very cramped.

The location was quiet and not far from a large supermarket and Addenbrookes hospital. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. There was a small courtyard to sit outside and parking was easy.

The apartment is very comfortable. There is small kitchenette with all the utensils, and washing machine, very clean and not that far away from the bus station. Generally the area is very nice as well and family friendly.

there is no yellow lines outside anyone's houses but two of your neighbours asked me to move my car as they park there own cars outside there house been better if you had your own private parking area or you could use the parking for your property

could not get the heating to work and being December it was cold, also found a plug in heater but this was broken.

The keys pickup was very inconvenience and needlessly complicated - instructions need shortening and streamlining. The communication with the host could have been better, but ended up being somewhat unpleasant. The bed is quite small, and the broken blinds in both the living room and bedroom meant that we could barely see outside. The speed of the internet is nowhere near the 350mbps advertised (Ookla registered 38/20 - which is still absolutely fine) The price could be lower, considering location, amenities and size of the property.

We used the flat as a weekend stay while working in the area. The kitchen was well equipped and reasonably clean, with washing machine and dishwasher in working order, with spacious fridge. The shower was very good and toiletries appropriate and clean.

Nothing major, but you can hear pretty much every sound coming from the other apartment. We had an issue with one of the lights blowing the fuses, luckily managed to fix it myself fairly quickly. However, I would like to see the hosts more reactive to some of our questions. The welcome info pack sent was great but after that there was silence.

The apartment is cosy and clean. Just enough for 2 adults. Set in residential area, ideal for exploring the city as there is a bus stop nearby or you can use your car. There is sufficient street parking. The unit is well equipped for cooking if needed.

Dirty sock under sofa left by cleaners. Door hard to lock from inside. Owner sent cleaners in a day before our check out day - I was on my own at the time which was quite disturbing. Being offered parking on the drive for £10 per night when plenty of off road parking available. Sofa very dirty although this was hidden by throws.

Apartment had all that was needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Quiet pedestal fan. Owner agreed we could leave food in fridge earlier than check in time
