Noisy early mornings (geese on the river)

Some minor issues. The Wi-Fi info was wrong on the welcome pack, but we soon found the correct details. There was a mix up over the check in details, but that was quickly corrected with a call to the hosting company.

Very comfortable and clean, all the amenities we needed, and a great location.

Took a while to figure out bedroom heater so we were cold on our first night but managed to sort for 2nd night. Couldn't connect to Internet at all despite resetting the router - it just wouldn't come up on list but it wasn't detrimental to our trip.

The apartment was a lovely size with all the amenities you could need. It had 2 bathrooms which we found useful! Very clean throughout- the town bedroom was also set up but we didn't use that. Balcony was a decent size for sitting out on and view was lovely. Lots of information left in apartment and clear instructions. Parking was great. Location was superb!! Right near centre of York for sightseeing.

The master bed was uncomfortable with the join in the middle of 2 beds being pushed together, very high and prominent you can feel the seams of the mattresses very hard, very rough and sore when laying on, easily solved with a mattress topper. That said, I would definitely stay there again.

The location of the apartment on the edge of Fossegate was brilliant for everything in York City Centre within minutes. The apartment had amazing amenities and the bedroom sizes were exceptionally large.

Only a couple things I didn’t like 1 the washing machine dryer didn’t really seam to work properly took forever for clothes to dry 2 the toilets you had to wait a long time to flush again and 3 would of liked Disney plus on tv to Watch Christmas movies

Property was clean, well located and spacious. Had all the facilities we needed. Little toiletries were a nice touch. Great having Netflix after a busy day in York.

The bed made the loudest noise when moving. The price is increasing by £100 per year for just 2 nights!

Bit if a faff with picking up keys at different location and getting in main gates then getting in underground car park with fob. We weren't the only ones either. Once sorted was very secure.

Location was fantastic and having a balcony with seating was a great bonus. Lots of wildlife

There was just one thing when I turned the oven on it kept tripping the breaker so could not use the oven, so was a bit inconvenient.

However, the major downside was the uncomfortable mattress on the king-sized bed, which was full of lumps. Improving the mattress quality would greatly enhance the overall comfort and satisfaction of future guests.

Overall, our stay at the apartment was pleasant. The apartment had many positive aspects, such as its location, amenities, and cleanliness.

No spaces available to park in the 10 minute parking bays when arriving and leaving.

Nice quiet location. Close to city centre. Good to have an enclosed car parking space.

One of the twin beds in the second bedroom had moldy sheets. The master bedroom bed was too soft and unsupportive of this heavy old man’s back. Airflow in the apartment was a bit of an issue despite relatively cool summer weather. The fans helped, as did keeping the windows open. But more airflow would have made our stay more comfortable.

The apartment was mostly quite clean, relatively large and well furnished for a short term rental. TVs in the master and in the living room. Nice couches in the living room. Pix on the walls. Nice dishes in the kitchen. A desk. Table and chairs in the dining area. Everything worked. A quiet spot. Nice little deck overlooking the river, though the river was loaded with Lilly pads or something. Not flowing.

Lady next door was complaining about us talking to loud and it was only 7.30 at night. No music or any noise was made at night. Was a bit unreasonable.
