We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Initially I was a little taken back by the deposit , but on arriving it became apparent why , the place is beautiful & although slap bang in middle of the city , it is quiet & secluded & private. It was absolutely SPOTLESS & I would recommend it to any one. Although slightly warn the sofa bed was comfortable but can't fault the building , apartment or the staff.

United KingdomParking is located in public car parks which are 5-10 mins away. I think it should be a bit more transparent in the description. There is parking but it’s public car parks rather than by the property. We chose this venue for location and parking so were a bit surprised to find it was city centre car parks not linked to the property. Saying that the public car park was reasonably close and the company do reimburse your parking costs. So all in all not bad

United KingdomWe were in apartment 14. The bed was not inviting and very very noisy. I would recommend replacing this, and dressing it with some high quality pillows so it looks inviting. This was the first thing that a woman checks out when we stay somewhere and they can be fussy! The shower head needs replacing it was falling apart and leaking and the bracket always came loose so it couldnt be directed where you wanted it to be. Free parking is a 8 minute walk from a nearby multistorey which I wasnt aware of. If it was in the description I missed it.
Location perfect about a 2 minute walk from the cavern plug. Awesome pizza shop right next door called Rudy’s. The place was spotlessly clean and modern and had good temperature control on the heating. Nicely presented with good quality equipment

United KingdomTheres nothing that we didnt like, but if i had to nit pick; would be a lovely idea to have a blanket/throw for the sofa to keep warm and cosy whilst watching tv. Also felt like the £50 PP deposit is a little steep, I know we do get it back but would be nice to have some of that money to spend whilst exploring Liverpool!

United KingdomSo to the (real) niggles... first up ... already mentioned... (1) The WiFi is rubbish... in 2024 and a city this size! ... can you not offer better than this!? ... it was very frustrating and yes spoilt what otherwise was a great stay. Me! ... always find a positive... Sony Movies has some great vintage content. Nothing would play after 7 and I couldn't even "cast". I wonder if the fire alarm played a part ... (see No.2! 🙄) in conclusion there was no WiFi in the bedroom area of the apartment which made listening to music at the end of the day impossible. I had to choose to have my phone in the living area or at my bedside for time/contact. (2) The fire alarm went off and we evacuated as is the custom and fair play to the guy who responded ... he was there super quick but appeared to be frustrated as it was similar to a recent call out not being resolved... that said it would appear that alarms were sounding in other properties in the alley so it may not have been an issue at Queen's ... The positives... It wasn't raining and we know it works! ... as did the smoke vents/lift disablement functions ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Sorry it's my job!) (3) The real niggle I have is that I reported (within hours of arriving) a frozen up freezer ... so much so that the door didn't shut! Although I spoke to someone on the helpline and received an acknowledgement from my WhatsApp message, nothing happened. This was a real issue as it's obviously using energy and eventually it will defrost ... on the floor! However no ice for my gin and no ice cream was the only real downside!! (4) The noise from the Alley was excessive as the evening wore on and it was more noticeable when you can't watch TV! but to be fair it was quiet by closing time ... ish!! I think the open vent above the window was the culprit.
To the most it was ... the furnishings are clean and tidy, bed comfortable and the place was reasonably well equipped. Smart TV was a great addition however the WiFi wasn't up to running casting from phone of Netflix or Disney apps, installed TV apps stalled and even catch up buffered! Although I have the exact same tv it wouldn't play anything on the second night ... really frustrating after a busy day and just wanting to watch some telly!! Lounge/dining area nice but watching TV ... (or not!! ... single guest 🙄) isn't super comfortable ... maybe some cushions? To be fair it's probably a COVID hangover?. The heating is efficient, hot water good and on tap (sorry for the pun!) and kitchen well equipped (maybe a pair of scissors(?) for getting into awkward packaging?? and a flat spatula)? I wanted to cook rather than go out again after very busy days! Storage in the bedroom was tight as much of the wardrobe was occupied with additional bedding and towels.

Czech RepublicThe TV seemed a bit slow, especially when it came to looking up programs, both on Netflix, Prime and normal live TV broadcast, it took a while for the TV to recognize the input on the tv remote, even after changing batters. Another issue I found was the couch in the living room where the TV is, was very uncomfortable, how of the couch seemed destroyed / pushed in, so when you sat down it was a very big shock as you'd expect the couch to support you and not cave in with you.
I really enjoyed my stay in Liverpool, and when I visit in the future, I will be definitely booking 16th again as I enjoyed my stay, the location is perfect for both day life as well as night life, the first "cultural" shock for me was the rave party that was happening Friday but it was a fun first time experience and nothing I'd blame the company for :D

AustraliaThe decor is a little austere. There are no coat hooks in the hall, no bedside lights and nowhere to hang the hand towel in the bathroom.
Fabulously located apartment which has been renovated to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and adjoins the living room which is light and roomy. Access to the main building is with a door code, there is a lift and the keys were left on the table of the apartment when we arrived so there were no issues with access. Efficient electric radiators throughout. Nearby parking is included in the price. Excellent communication with the host.
