The alleyway was really noisy from 5:00 a.m due to bins being emptied and neighbouring buildings having stock arrive.

Easy to get to, fantastic location for town and wonderful for pets. We loved the room, such a comfortable bed, the only small issue was that the shower had two heads, one fixed to the ceiling and the other adjustable but the second one couldn’t work independently.

    Nothing.

Lovely individual decor in the room. Well thought out with plenty of places to put things, excellent bathroom, good hospitality tray and the position in the centre of town could not be better. Lovely garden for the use of guests. As it was a beautiful sunny day we sat out on arrival and enjoyed a bottle of wine that we had brough with us, perfect. Parking was excellent.

Ive got no complaints. - it suited us perfectly thank you.

Accommodating to allow our 2 dogs to stay. and the room was lovely and clean - and in no way lesser quality becaue it allowed dogs. Iwas pleased about that. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and made to feel valued

I'd still stay again and recommend but... Creaky floorboards above woke us in the night Creaky bed (but very comfortable) Room a little dark, couple more lights around the place - especially by the mirror to do make up - would really help

The free standing bath (wish there was a robe to pull on after) Fluffy towels General decor Central location Lovely host Great price

Very clean and comfortable room right in the middle of town. I liked that the rooms were on ground level, so no dragging large suitcases upstairs. The welcoming staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in another location 2 mins away that was very good too, the staff there were friendly and efficient. I would recommend and stay again when in the area.

Not the hotel's fault but because the room is external & the door opens straight into the car park I was woken up at 5am by a taxi driver who parked right outside my room & was talking loudly on his mobile phone right outside my window! He was apologetic when I got up & told him to keep it down but I struggled to get back to sleep after that.

Lovely quirky room with some really interesting information about the local area. Check in was at the pub restaurant round the corner where I had my evening meal which was lovely.

I yhought the general layout was grat fun including the pictures of Nelson'd Hardy. Would have like to have turned the green lihht over the dor off., but couldn't find the switch. Tewo bedside lamps did not seem to work . But these niggles did not detract from a very nice stay

The wet room had extensive disabled facilities, which is great, but we didn't request disabled facilities. Lighting in the room isn't great. Bed was a bit soft for our liking (but that's just personal preference) & it was very squeaky!

Room was cosy. Lovely large wet room bathroom. Plenty of tea/coffee available in the room. Good location. We managed to check in early. Car park was free (but limited spaces & carpark was a bit tight) Staff were very friendly. Lovely touch with the radio on the bedside table, which was playing when we went into the room, making it feel homely.

    Nothing to report here.

Based in part of what I presume was originally a stable of the coach house, my room was definitely quirky, which I liked, very clean & comfortable (especially the bed). Filled with the usual niceties like drinks making facilities, bottled water & biscuits. My room (4) was at the end of the building next to the car park & had disable facilities, which I would imagine is perfect for those that need it. Although breakfast was a very short walk away to the sister establishment it was definitely well worth it - even a walk in the rain!
