Great location, right on the beach. large very comfortable room with everything you would need. Immaculate room and en-suite. Easy parking. Nice to have use of the lounge and kitchen at any time. The lounge has fantastic views with good outside space. So nice to meet the friendly lovely owners. Due to our circumstances Andy and Rosie let us get in early which was so kind and helped us out a lot.

Both Rosie and Andy are very friendly. Their place has everything you need nothing you don’t, If you would like to see and meet local on your travel Pagham Getaways is the best place to stay, everyone we met on the street, pubs are friendly and helpful,, the beach right in front of the Pagham Getaway is beautiful, you see people walking dogs, very relaxing. There are many things to see in down town. We stay only two days sure we will be back.

Our curtain could not close so we had to use the provided towels to cover the main window as it was in plain view of walkers.

The accommodation was in an exceptionally great location, directly overlooking the sea. We could walk to the beach within 2 minutes from the house. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the accommodation was overall absolutely clean and it really absolutely recommendable. Whoever can book here is really lucky. Very clean and tidy, like being in your own home. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. It was lovely to meet Andy when we arrived.

Location was perfect right on the beach. We were down for my cousin's 70th birthday party so we had less than 5 minute walk to the party venue. Room was sea view, bed was so comfortable. Clean. Tea/Coffee available. Able to park outside the property and walk around location.

It was a little gem approached by an unimpressive driveway on the periphery of a large urban area.

Rear of bungalow overlooked beach. Low walled large patio with access to beach. Patio glass doors with sea view. Tea and coffee facility, small fridge in room, biscuits and fizzy drink, spoke on phone to owner who supplied bottle of wine to compensate for misunderstanding on locating key to property. Very clean and luxurious.

Perfect location for a quiet beach break. Amazing sea views. Walking distance from pubs in case you don't feel like cooking yourself. 100% recommendation.

It would be nice to have a kettle and fridge in the actual room like the other rooms so no heed to go into shared areas. A comfier chair x 2 for couples.

Room size is good, door to patio and beach is great. View and location is wonderful. Good communication with host. Shared space for a party of people is good.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nice room with comfortable beds. Nice en suite attached with excellent shower. Also a jug, tea, coffee etc available in the room, as well as a TV. Shared kitchen, living room facilities were very good. Close to the beach. Not far from Lamb Inn which provided a good selection of food choices - the food was excellent.
