Great location and lovely property. It was nice to have a welcome note, milk in the fridge and all the cleaning equipment we might need. There were easy instruction for access to the onsite pool and we felt we could get in touch if we had any questions or issues. A great place all round.

Everything you could want in a holiday rental. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for self catering. Very clean. A real home from home.

A small shelf in the shower and bathroom would be very useful. Some way of using pool in 'residents only' use time in evening - if they are not using it???

Lovely spacious open plan living dining kitchen area. Two shower/bathrooms very useful for a family of four. The car space was just outside so easy to unpack and pack. Potential use of a pool - although we were unable to make use of it during our stay as when we went to try and book the allowed 30 mins between 9 to 5 (for non residents), the same person had booked all the 1st slot available in the morning for the remaining 3 days of our 4 day stay. The property is only about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tenby, so a very good location.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment was very nice decorated und was well equipped, there was everything we needed. It was a short walk to the North Beach and Tenby centre. Our host were very engaged and friendly- fixed a broken thing in a minute. Ah- and our children enjoyed the pool very much. Can highly recommend this apartment!

Outside space and view is very important to me. I found the picture of the larger pink building at the front and the listing of sea view/landmark quite misleading. I was disappointed to find that our apartment was round the back with outside seating in the car park. The sea and landmark view was barely visible so I feel it is unfair to claim such as it was a key feature in my search. If you want a nice area to sit out in in the evening then this is not for you. Inside was great but I couldn’t find a tumble dryer which is also listed.

It was lovely and clean, comfortable, great facilities and close to Tenby town centre and beach.

Tenby not for me as a location. Would come back in the winter time when less tourists around.

Not very clean...spider webs easily visible just under the freezer door...it was covid safe I suppose but cleaning standard overall could be much higher...swimming pool was good but the hours that guests could use it (9am to 5pm! - office hours lol!)was absolutely useless and a big disappointment. People in majority travel to sightsee so either use the pool early morning or late evening but unfortunately 7to 9am and 5 to 9pm the pool was only available to be used by the owners (not the guests) and during these times the pool was almost always empty!...the wall clock was not working which was very annoying...towel heater in the main bathroom was not working...

Very good location. Peaceful and quiet (apart from the neighbor's dog!). The bookshelf was great my daughter absolutely loved it and spent hours browsing through. So thank you. Netflix was a nice touch too.

No one mentioned to us on the run up to our stay that there would be building works literally on our doorstep. We stayed Monday to Friday and the builders were there from 7.30 until the evening, with the machines going throughout the day. While we understand that these things happen, we had to keep the curtains closed to maintain some privacy and the doors shut to reduce the sound. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, and surrounded by tall buildings, with the ‘front door’ being the patio doors to the front and no other windows to the lounge/kitchen. It was very dark, made worse by the fact that the curtains were closed 24/7 because of the building works. The noise was disturbing, and we had a toddler with us. Naps in the day were easily interrupted by drilling and digging and general machinery, with the added touch of a gardener going at the bushes with a trimmer as well. While the workmen were absolutely lovely, it became very frustrating when they seemed to park all the equipment in our parking spot. They did move the vehicles, but it did inconvenience us on a couple of occasions. The other reviews are correct in that the pool is restricted to 9-5 use (when no one is likely to be around!?), and we had to compete with a hogger who took the morning slots which was very annoying. The double bed was very noisy at the slight bit of movement and supported by wooden blocks!? The double bed quilt also felt a bit damp compared to the single bed quilts. The advert on the booking.com site said there was a tumble dryer there - which was a major plus for us as weather is never certain and we had a toddler with us. We couldn’t see a tumble dryer anywhere, so slightly frustrated about that. The main issue for us was the building works. Had we’d known, we wouldn’t have booked this apartment and very disappointed given how much we paid for the week! At no point were we able to enjoy the apartment.

The apartment was nicely decorated and had all home away from home bits and bobs. Some complimentary smellies were left (which was appreciated, thanks!) and the pool was nice. The complex where the apartment was situated was lovely, albeit the road in and out the carpark a little steep. The shower pressure was good. The beaches were lovely as always and wasn’t too busy in terms of tourists, with the weather being a big plus! 🌞

The location was not good for us as it was about a mile from the harbour and the walk back was uphill so we had to take the car each day. This was not apparent when I booked. Also, nowhere to have an evening walk from the property and just a small view of the sea. Fine for young people who don’t mind the trek.

Booking pool slots slightly confusing as instructions in apartment states that use of pool is a maximum of 30 minutes but booking form outside pool are hour slots.

it was perfect for a young family. Instructions around the apartment were clear. My 3 year old settled in as soon as he stepped foot into the facility and it was a very comfortable setting with a 5 month old baby. Practically everything was provided and I needn’t worry about bringing several items. Highly recommended!

It was slightly further from town than we had realised but not a big issue and helpfully closer to the Co-op! The gradient to the parking was a bit steep and might be worth mentioning for anyone with a low clearance car like ours.

Clean, spacious and loved the welcome message! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The throws on the sofa was a great touch seeing as we had 2 high risk from Covid in our group. Felt very reassured we weren’t at risk. Bedrooms very comfortable. Heating, though not in when we arrived, was easy to use and kicked in soon enough.

Bedrooms a bit dark. Towelling gowns would have been helpful for swmming pool as changing rooms were put of use.
