Floor was a bit sticky in main room. This is a property catering for groups and I can imagine could get noisy at weekend. But apartments are well sound insulated and our stay was fine even. we were told about £400 deposit on arrival after booking. This was repaid promptly.

Great communication online and friendly welcome when we arrived. It’s nice and central and great value. Would be fantastic for a group on party weekend or a large family like us.

Everything was great. There was stunning looking metal spiral staircase, looked amazing but wouldn’t be suitable for everyone to walk up : down. I wouldn’t recommend the property if you are looking for a quieter weekend in liverpool. Definitely one for a group on a night out!

Property was well located for the city centre. It was well equipped with crockery, towels etc… Was definitely geared for people having a night out in Liverpool (which we were).

Didn't like only one shower and toilet. There wasn't any icebox. The seating was uncomfortable in the sitting room.

It was near shops. Plenty of room for our group of 10. The beds were comfortable.

No plug in the sink to wash dishes . Electric sensor bin didn’t work . No coffee or milk in the apartment . After such a long journey we would have liked a hot drink .

You can’t lock the door on the inside, our children kept getting out of our apartment so would be handy to have a lock on the inside.

The staff were great checking us in and checking us out. The property was perfect to fit all the family and the children loved the double bunk beds. Everything was spotless.

Kitchen facilities are a little limited, found it hard to work out the hob. Would have been good to have had more than one set of keys between eight of us. Otherwise place was excellent

Location superb, beds comfortable, bathroom was good (although be aware 1 between 8 people). Whole place was clean and comfortable. Excellent soundsystem in the kitchen. Very easy to check in and staff were avaliable and helpful througout

Unfortunately there was a leak in the room we booked, however the staff were more than accommodating and moved us to a better apartment. Staff and cleaners were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for my friends 30th birthday and we’re allowed to attend to put decorations up and set up. Apartment was really clean and just what we wanted. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Birthday Weekend!!! Booked for 12 guests and we were in room number 3. Amazing location, a short walk to concert square and near shops etc. We had 2 bedrooms consisting of 5 double beds (2 were bunkbeds) and 2 single beds of which were extremely comfy. There was only 1 bathroom however but this didn't bother us too much as we just took it in turns. The kitchen was spacious and had a large tv with a good sound bar. Check in was really smooth and greeted by a lovely woman who showed us round the room and made us all feel really welcome. I paid the £400 damage deposit which we were told about when booking and then reminded about weeks before arrival so was no surprise when we got there. I got the full deposit back on the Tuesday (we checked out previous Sunday) so a very quick turn around of 2 days which I was really impressed with. The bad reviews on these apartments are not doing the place justice at all, it was an amazing stay and we can't wait to return for other celebrations. The only thing I would say is the fire alarm started going off at 9am on Sunday from another apartment (not at the fault of the business) which hurt our already sore heads!

When booking it on the pictures and description we thought we would of had 2 separate bedrooms. When we arrived we only had 1 bedroom. However we wasn’t too fussed we loved the place that was only small criticism we will definitely book again.

Location and modern feel. Welcome with a lovely member of staff she was was very helpful and a easy check in.

I thought there may have been 2 toilets for a big group sharing but still managed.it. it didn't spoil our stay and we would definitely stay again.
